My son had locked himself out of the automobile for the first time (he is 17) and I was 35 minutes away. I wasn't certain who to call but found these men on Yelp. I called and within 10 minutes my son had his keys in hand. I would use Jeffersonville Towing and Lockouts again and I'm very thankful we were helped by them in a really stressful situation.
Communication was great and service was exceptional! The support was very affordable and I was able to cover the phone.
I am editing this about 2 months after the job was full, to make sure there isn't any mistake. They did an admirable job, fixing the ignition doing what needed to be performed fixing what no person has repaired before, if you will excuse the expression. There has been no difficulty in the past two months, so they did a job, the occupation. These people are caliber.
I have a 2001 Saturn with issues regarding the ignition and safety, and needed a tow. They were quite useful, and kept me posted. Awaiting their locksmith service, as it has just been towed in. They are friendly and helpful. Seem willing to work with a individual, and that's important to those of us.
