My roadside assistance service named Rock & Roll Wrecker to come give me a hand when my car battery died. Bernard came out and has been super helpful friendly and patient. Mind you this all went back with huge construction on a street in the French Quarter and he was driving a wrecker, I know it had to be super stressful for him he couldn't have been nicer. I'll also add that the dispatch lady who called me was really respectful and friendly. Great customer service -- it is a dying art form and these guys keep it living. Kudos.
Thanks be to God, the driver of the Roll & Rock wrecker was the Lord No ma'am, yes ma'am were his replies; exactly what a god-send he was.
Calling assistance was a job, but that is another review.
Without keys, we had been advised"specialized equipment" was needed to assist. And this wrecker has been discharged. The dispatcher on his first communication to me was to mention they DIDNT WANT TO TOW BECAUSE... It mattered not what their motive was, however, the fact I was needing & time wasn't on our side, it was on the brink of 9p... So I insisted that they come out & we would bare the weight of the duty that they warned against.
He handle the automobile with care. Was patient and detailed .
Had the"luck" so to speak, to have to utilize this wrecker for emergency services. My sister lost her keys there started the trouble.
My issue is assistance found the opportunity and them to refuse WAS THEN!!!!!!!!!!!
Mike Giarratano, is a prick. Worst company ever. Dude is a punk and hides behind his mobile phone. When he gets called out hides like a little kid and he runs
Chevy road side assistance sent out this business to get my truck which had broken down. My truck crashed into a mailbox damaging the entire drivers side of the vehicle. Following that the truck driver didn't wish to stop the truck for me to look at the damages. I yelled at him to stop the truck and that he did. Then the company's owner wanted to bribe me with money over the telephone so I didn't call the cops. AFTER I declined his offer he has nasty on the telephone. The motorist are incompetent of operating a tow truck. They're getting one star just cause I have to place a rating. They actually get minus 100 stars.
This is the firm I've ever experienced. The roadside assistance plan of my insurance company called them and I was told they would bill me $15 in addition. When a representative from the firm phoned back to say that they were on way she explained they would be $25 out of pocket. No big deal, however, I said $15 was said by my firm, she explained then we'll cancel. Just like this. I guess the $10 is worth every thing I can do to review this firm.
My husband got into an accident on the spillway bridge that was i10 . His automobile was facing oncoming traffic when call a service I arrived to help him. I was freaked out and almost hysterical when I known as rock & roll. The dispatcher was friendly and helped keep me calm asked if we needed any medical care etc. she told me it would take about 20-30 minutes for me but she kept calling to give me updates regarding where the driver was when he would arrive. The truck driver spoke with me and my husband was great and helped lighten the mood. The price I paid was a whole lot. This was the best experience I have had with a service and I will keep their amount on hand to recommend!
