If you are locked out of the home NEVER EVER use this company. I have not written a review of a company online ever before, but I am so mad that I needed to make others never make the same mistake I did.
It took him literally 10 seconds to receive my door open. I believed for $895 but had been advised it would be additional. Since there was no lock on my door not only did I get taken for a ride, but I had to miss the rest of my work day.
Whoever he talked to said it would take 25 minutes, before he arrived, but it took like a hour. Once he was there that he presented me with an"estimate" of $895 which completely stunned me, but I wasn't sure what my boyfriend and also the company had discussed on the telephone. Plus my dog seemed like he had been at a state of mental breakdown and it was cold outside. I'm a girl and not used to facing people, so that I felt intimidated and put by the surley man who had been sent to unlock the doorway on the spot. I did by registering that quote the most stupid thing I have ever achieved.
My deadbolt lock fell apart and my puppy has been trapped inside my home. So that I was concerned about his state of being, he is a rescue dog also has issues with anxiety and fear. Once I phoned him to let him know that I could not get inside, my boyfriend called Round The Clock from his office.
I will admit that I must have worked up the guts to stand him up and inform him for $895 but for being cared for, this sounds a little egregious.

Call somebody else. Anyone else. Kick the door in yourself. Split a window: cheaper. Proceed to the hardware store, buy a hatchet (plus some power tools as you're at it--those are only for fun, not for the lockout): it will be cheaper. Purchase a roundtrip ticket to anywhere in the continental U.S., remain for a couple of days in a nice hotel, return, and then kick your door in: nevertheless cheaper.

Don't call this business for any reason. They charge about nine times the going rate for a lockout. If you're interested, two times the going rate is near a thousand dollars.

This company is fantastic and definitely a lifesaver when it comes to some lock shifting or lock out crises I had a do it yourself job that went completely sideways and wrong and the owner of the company personally came out and gave me a temporary alternative with a warranty to make it appropriate whenever possible for any lockouts or any crises that you need with the lock key or any kind of safe issue call those people for you back !

About the day I was set to depart, and I had been in Charleston for holiday, I realized I lost my car keys. I called in a panic Round the Clock, and naturally, everything worked out splendidly. Service, and Lance, the locksmith that helped me out, was the consumate professional and good to use. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Wonderful support! A gentleman answered the phone each time I made sure he scheduled me and called. Communication was fantastic. He then called me to let me know the traffic conditions were bad and he would be a little later than planned. Lance was . Multiple locks shifted and was done in 20 minutes. He had been respectful, sarcastic but considerate and quirky. Why can't everybody who comes into doa job be just like him! I had been charged a great deal less than what I expected that is a first. $55 $15 and service charge per lock. Wonderful pricing.

Speedy reaction. Locked my keys in the car when shopping estimated wait time was 30-45 mins. The guy showed up in less than 30 mins. When he arrived, called , fast, & friendly. Tax. . Not cheap but it was quite convenient. I would recommend these men.

In a store parking lot, I ruined my car key on Christmas Eve-Eve and it would no longer start my car. About the Clock came into where I was, programed a new secret on the spot for quite a reasonable rate (have had this done before) and mended my broken spare on the home. The gentleman was very kind and respectful. Have recommended this company!

I'm a property manager in Charleston and I use Around the Clock Locksmith into rekey the properties I manage all. They are always on time, maintain communication that is great, and are reasonably priced. What more could you request?

He didn't appear or call.
We phoned them and a junior man (maybe not a locksmith) came out and went over changing all the door handles and dead bolt locks within our home (5 external doors). They sent a generic quotation saying price for one lock (no summary for all 10 locks). They might come out or sent a complete quotation.
Not these guys are actually in business.

We called this place to get a guest whose car wouldn't open. From the outset, they talked as though we were being an inconvenience. The overall demeanor of the man was rude and quite off-putting although they obtained the car open. My colleague essentially had to force him to talk to her in order to sort out everything. Won't be calling them.

Excellent service. Around The Clock Locksmith came out to cut new keys and replace the ignition tumbler. Best notch service from beginning to finish. Punctual, polite, quick, educated, and painless. Not to mention it cost than what I was anticipating less. I would call them again for certain.

Locked my keys in my back and AAA sent out a locksmith which ended up squandering 3.5 hours of my life in the middle of night, was not able to get into my back, and awakened my car door in the procedure.

Because I'd used them before when I recalled them being beneficial and lost my house keys called Around the Clock. Troy promised me he can help me on the phone and explained that the process of getting in my brow. He managed to enter my car in 15 mins and even wrote outlining the damages that the AAA locksmith had done so that I managed to file a complaint with AAA.

Set an appointment to have an integral cut and called had a appointment along with the locksmith never showed up. Not a good way to secure more business. I wouldn't waste my time using there service.
