They fixed since it had been held up with only 2 hinges, my door which was always malfunctionaing. An excellent piano hinge was installed promptly at a price that was fair and my aggravation with my door was history.

To all we hired this company for a sub contractor, unfortunally it didn't work out, had big time Labour issues, could Not comitt to a Program, when we asked for dates he'd either not respond or deflect, also doesn't carry proper insurance and work vecheile is highly disorganized and looks dangerous, the last minute help he employes Resembles something CDS Door
Out of halfway house, we had to part ways because of lack of exposure and professionalism amongst other issues,

The two gentlemen who showed up were professional and polite.
It ripped out without damaging the dry wall butted up into the framework.
The framework was also a violation of security code and rusted.
Installed and caulked in the new framework that match with my current door and lock hardware.
Work.

Were not upset the flow
The cost was outside reasonable as another door firms were $200-.
They were fast to get to the location to repair my hollow metal back door.
They and of company cleaned up afterwards.
I am a business owner and made the mistake of trying to correct the door . I put in which became lodged a screw after not being able to open the door and the door would not open from either way. I found Rich online and to my surprise, he managed to come to my office in 15 minutes!! So my doorway had two problems. 1. The locking mechanism was stuck(easy fix) and the area where the screw went in was stripped out so he moved to two different Home Depots to find the plate which could match the doorway. 2. My screw which I installed had and was caught to be sawed out. Therefore a minute job turned into something. This guy went out of his way for me and did a great job in my door, much appreciated!!
His spouse and rich did a great job. It was bid to be a 4 hour job and they ended up staying 8 hours on account of issues with my soffit and the state of my existing door frames. They looked after install like it had been their own home and were professional and courteous. I had a lousy experience with a prior builder since he had been conscientious of his craft and Rich made the wait worthwhile. Trustworthy men. The price and recommendation was reasonable thinking about the quantity of work put forth. Leave doors up to the professionals!

A problem was with the garage door on my home, I called Rich. The next day, he came out and rather than trying to sell a new doorway to me, he repaired the older one.
Our garage door will not open. Rich recognized the problem and came out and needed the springs and rollers to repair it. Within one hour, we could get our trapped car from the garage.
Great service. I have an old garage door which has been suspended open, and Rich came out on the year's week go get it closed. He kept at it until it worked. Thanks again, Rich.
