Kirk was an extremely professional locksmith, who predicted ahead and gave his name. He was patience with all my questions, considerate and very effective. I would strongly recommend this firm for my locks and keys created.
Went into a dealership using a key for my Ford to get cut and programmed and they would not do it cuz I had bought an aftermarket key ($220 Vs. $18). Town Locksmith did it no problem in less than 30 minutes- programmed perfectly and l as pricey than the dealership for the programming cost ($55 vs. $50)
I needed to get a copy of my mailbox key made, and knew it might be hard to do. I ended up here and couldn't be more happy! They have been friendly, super fast and far affordable. I had a catchy case and needed to return a few times (my mailbox lock was ancient), but they never seemed bothered by this and wanted to make sure I ended up with just what I needed. I highly recommend this place!!!
Good service and. They were able to make a Ford car secret that 5 other locksmiths were unable to perform. Highly recommended price.
Needed to get a lock re-keyed so I decided to give Town Locksmith a try. Have driven by this place for years and I am glad I stopped in. Tom had info for me personally and helped me out. Cost was a lot less expensive than I expected. Will keep it in mind for future door and lock needs.
This guy is constantly in a bad mood. At first I believed it was only me but then my wife said the same thing. It's almost like he is angry at the world because he decided to be in this organization. I started going to Westland key and lock. They do not bite off your head. The only reason I gave him a star is because yelp wouldn't allow me to post if I didnt.
