Not certain what happened with the prior reviewer. From our first contact Bernie at Safehaven before Ron finished the fix on an lock in our property, the repair process went. Ron especially should get five stars--that he is a skilled and a gentleman. My spouse and I work and could not be home but our friend who stayed at our house for us raved on and on about Ron.

Head and shoulders over other locksmiths locks. This firm mended my World's Fair era front door lock after three locksmith companies told me the lock was not possible to fix AND they told me the way to set up a new lock I would need to replace the door! (because the cutouts in the lock wouldn't match up with the new lock). Bids for replacing my thick wood were astronomical. It took some time to have to the job done (because, as I witnessed, when to the job that they did not take shortcuts and this compelled them to reschedule the next job), but the service is well worth the wait. Thank you Safehaven Locksmith Company for supplying the service which helped retain the turn-of-the-century character of the property.

They stood me up on two appointments that were direct. The first time they cancelled, however it had been 15 minutes prior to the appointment. The next time that they stood me up and would not answer their mobile phone. Will never use again.
