Since they were the same, he looked at each of our doors and proceeded to work on one. He attempted to wedge it open with no success and used air bags to start the door jamb up. About a 1/2 hour he said he will need to drill it out.
We wanted help and were locked out. Called and were advised a locksmith is going to be here in 20 minutes and they'd call. About 15 minutes later I got a call and was told that the locksmith was in his way and will be here in another 20 minutes. He arrived closer to 30 minutes afterwards if they said an hour would have been more accurate.
He explained up front it was going to be 120. And up. So he said he just went to drill the lock , I stated I could do myself to it and offered him $60 to just leave.
And get home and install it. Why didn't I just do this? Probably since I had my wife and 90 year old mother in law with me locked out. So try neighborhood, another locksmith, repeat neighborhood. With there is a business speech.
