I would not give a 1 star once I called for a query : my buddies"fixed window", I was rudely spoken to by Debbie the receptionist because I wanted to talk to the supervisor! She had been RUDE from the get go but anyhow was told by Brittany" the director" that it had been over a year that they fixed it! Well I said it was sept first call not over a year but she tells me windows are only guaranteed. Well I had window world and life is guaranteed by them! The two" females" were very rude and I wouldn't ever RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!! Customer Service was the most crucial issue in earnings and small businesses and this provider lacks any kind of consumer service!! Telephone Window World for almost any window problems! Any other lock company must be better! Buyer beware!!
Me back. Okay sounds great. I waited for a call but my phone never rang. Wednesday forgot to call and had ago by so I called again because perhaps they were busy. Debbie answered my call and she was exactly the same lady I talked to on Monday. I tried to remind her"hello I called on Monday for a quotation on a glass table top" she was confuse and thinking I was crazy. I gave her my measurements again and that I was told again that a glass technician would call back. Nearly two weeks ago and I never got a phone call. . What a joke! Or they don't need my money. . Guys esteem and telephone else where for a response. .
This place has the worst customer service. I called for cost quote for a table top, I gave them and I was advised that a glass tech could call
I wanted to copy a cash register key... It is an unusual key... But ABC did not have the blank.... I kinda expected that since I don't know how often someone would copy a cash register crucial.
Is due to their excellent customer service. They tried to find a solution and if the couldn't, they referred me to two of the opponents as well as wrote down their address and telephone numbers... How amazing is that???
Will come here to my prospective keying needs due to this type gesture!!
My experience with this company left a taste in my mouth. They came in Graeagle, billed me $125 excursion charge and never supplied me with the bid. When I phoned them they kept putting me off saying there awaiting material quotes from their seller. Then lied to me once they said if my wife had told them exactly what she wanted in the first time she called they would have told her that they couldn't do that. The bad part was that my wife called or hasn't talked them.
This provider isn't professional or reputable. There are many other businesses which are fair and follow through with what was guaranteed. Also, don't charge a trip charge.
One Thursday afternoon, I finally got around to having a backup made into a cabinet lock I installed at home. Because this was a specialization key that the large box stores do not always carry, I wished to give ABC a shot. I had to wait for a couple minutes since the secret was particular, even they were not certain they had it!
I suggest calling ahead to confirm the wait time. I came when the tech was on break so that my excursion in took more than Normal, which is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars
I set an appointment for quote. First appointment was reschedule do to a great deal of vandalism around town the night before, I could understand and respect that. Appointment came and they were quick and friendly; nevertheless they just came in and took dimensions. They didn't talk about options (seamless, frame etc), glass thickness, door type.... Promise a quote which did not occur, Wednesday rolls around and finally receive a call that the boss didn't want to take the project. Mind you it was a rectangle, 90 degree bends no requests. If you don't want to get ignored don't waste your time.
I used these guys to swap six locks out in my place of business on short notice and to man replicate keys after the fact. Their pricing is extremely fair, they have great customer service and are quick. I highly recommend these guys and gals.
ABC lock and glass is ok in my book. They left all of the things I felt wrong. If ever needed in the future I'll continue to utilize their services. Great job guys. Kudos

I called ABC Lock and Glass to come out and my house locks. They could get me a same day appointment.
Overall, a good experience. I received a yelpon (coupon via yelp) and so thats why I moved together. They worked with me so he made two trips out at no additional cost that was 24, as I had a couple of requests. My only criticism was that I have an oversized windshield and that I had had to help eliminate and install my windshield. I felt like they should have sent two people since I am paying somebody for the work and that I don't wish to be held responsible for work that I'm paying somebody else to do. Overall they guy they sent out, and they had good customer service and it sounded fine was easy to manage.
Today was another illustration of why I am a happy client with ABC. The proprietor gave up his lunch period to polish broken on a sugar bowl so that I wouldn't have to drive back a town. Fantastic support. Good attitude.
Knowledgable staff. Can make keys for virtually anything with a lock. They can also save you a ton of money in the trader on keys with"chips" in them (The kind that need to be programmed to the car). Check em out!
