Said he would be there in 30-45 minutes. He had been here in less than 20 minutes. The identical guy who answered my phone mark, greeted me with a smile that was fantastic and was friendly. Mark is a Lock and Key Wizard with a Level 100 Locksmithing skill set. By his third suggestion, Mark had my door opened and I was much relieved, particularly since I had envisioned a locksmith experience that is very long and pricey. The price was fair and also exactly what I was quoted by him on the telephone. He was able to accept my credit card and he wanted me well. That's insane. Well, that is Reno Sparks Lock & Safe.

First time, I needed them to replace/repair the ignition switch they completed the job while I & my van waited outside in front of their enterprise.
2nd Time, I desired a key the sort of key that requires a program, for the 2009 Toyota Yaris. They tapped into then my vehicle's computer & created a secret for me that works exactly like my key.
These men are definitely"experienced" & understand what they are doing.
I have needed their services twice.

I am anxious to write this review since the people that work here are terrific! I had to run a quick errand as usual I had old Standard Poodle move since she sleeps inside when everyone goes to bed for the evening, in her cage that's situated within our bedroom. I shut the bedroom door and shut her door that is cage and has been gone for little more than a half hour. I always head straight for the bedroom once I get home to let her out. When I got to the door I could tell she wasn't in her crate because she was pawing the bedroom doorway and when I turned. I thought she had been laying facing the doorway but no luck, herself dead bolted . Did what anyone would do, I did everything I could think of to open that door, and guess. Could not do it realized I had a professional. They had been out here in 15 minutes!!!! Can you believe that?! Chris helped me personally and he couldn't be a nicer person. He did everything he could to make sure I had everything I wanted in case this ever happened again and had been pleasant to my big puppy when she came barreling out of their sack. I want this company to keep on peak of this Yelp listing for locks so I hope this helps that happen. You can't go wrong with this company! Thank you!!

Called in for support and they came on precisely the exact same day. The rates are very competitive and the service is exceptional, Mark was the Technician which came and he is a nice and respectful man. Called about 3 distinct businesses in the city and that I did not find a cheaper service cost by $10 gap but the reviews weren't really great. This was fantastic quick service and you are able to tell the workers are happy. Recommend this company for business residential and automobiles.

This place is great! I'd both doorways to my job can split and I was officially locked out. These men opened up the doors and came to my rescue. About a month after my passenger door handle on the inside and outside. Not only did it opened but they fixed it. Thank you! I would strongly recommend them!

I was surprised he did not want to see our ID first but after unlocked it had been his very first question. He was exceptionally polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend
My boyfriend was preoccupied with attempting to bring me a few things he did not grab his home key. Of course after hours.
Mark was my second call. He had been here in the 30 minutes and his price was more realistic he said he would be taken by it. He was very friendly and though he did not pick the lock with hollywood movie rate (2 seconds lol) he had us indoors under two minutes.

Had a problem with the lock on my travel trailer. They have been quick to respond (within half an hour ). Chris was my tech and he was very friendly and fixed the problem straight away and made me an extra set of keys. The price was reasonable.

I had a dreadful experience the day before with another company. They drove away and left me standing there.

The fork lock on my harley wouldn't unlock, Mark came out first thing in the morning, took a look, told me my choices and then mended the situation while still being very gentle with the bicycle, all in time for me to ride the bicycle to work! All in all a efficient, quick, profesional and considerate service

They told me they'd have a car out to help me with a new key between 11:30 and noon after calling this company to schedule an appointment. At 11:45, I called, they said they would call the tech and call me back. They eventually did call me back to tell me they ran out of secrets and wouldn't have the ability to help me. Don't think they'd call to let me know after waiting for an hour, I never called myself. This was after phoning them to attempt to schedule the appointment at the first place, which took them two hours to"call me right back". Very unprofessional.

After writing a scathing review of the locksmith on Yelp, I called Reno Sparks Lock & Glass. The difference in customer service couldn't have been more stark. Being that I called after hours, Mark told me to hold off coming into prevent paying crisis service charges (thanks!) . When I did come in, they billed me, and could reprogram the key fob in roughly five minutes. Great.
These guys were reasonable, educated, and friendly. I'll be coming to them my locksmith needs for all from this point forward. Highly suggested!
The key fob for my automobile stopped working. I decided to go another route after being told by the dealer that another key fob would call for a consultation plus $200. I told him not to put herself out.

In both cases, their costs were quite fair.
Am on giving them a deserved outstanding review, drunk. They aided with an eviction over a year ago with seamless professionality. They were quite valuable in assessing and servicing the security of the various locks in the home on getting a property this year.

When he arrived, I told Mark about this. He started by car and told me there would be no charge.
He said that that is simply not the way that they do business! He did the ideal thing and I love it. I'll use them again, for certain!!!!!
I had been told that a technician could be at the supermarket to unlock my car between 20 and 30 minutes. When I called after 20 minutes and a hour, it had been another 30 minutes. I had been not pleased and there nearly two hours.

They were able to read the codes and make me new keys for my Dodge 300. Fantastic work thanks.

These men were called by us after we lost our key fob at Legends. We told them we'd twin 4 year old (it was 45 degrees) and inquired if they could make a brand new key. Because we knew the key had been obtained by someone 13, we didn't wish to leave our car. They asked what kind of car etc for the fob. They said okay, and they would be outside if 40 mins. I received 40 minutes after to a call stating they didn't have some of our fobs. Could have been nice to know! My twins thank you for adding 40 minutes into an ordeal.
