Had a terrible experience with the"other tow support" in the area so I made some telephone calls.
When I needed support, they followed up with a telephone call the day to check back. Though I didn't end up using their services - that they appeared professional and friendly.

Imagine your about to depart and you have that light on the dash that says there is that a door open. You get out to check it and two seconds later you hear"click". Junior who is buckled into his car seat in back leaned over and locked the doors. I,m there with a hammer in my hand so if he so much as flinches toward the seat belt I'm going through the window while mother plays"push the little button again honey". In 22 Ernie is situated with a 20 minute drive time. He laughed and said he did not charge for emergency kid extractions, If people have out the wallet prepared to pay what is requested! Turns out I'm not the only one. Thanks Ernie Jones your a class action.
Toddlers can get stuck in running cars.

I phoned Ron's tow service since my car got stuck in a ditch. It was not stuck that bad, just bad enough that it could not get out on its own. Without even coming out to have a look, they told me to phone a buddy with a 4 wheel drive truck, and denied my business. If I had a friend with a truck would I want Ron's tow service?
