Five minutes after I got off the telephone, the gentleman called me back and explained,"I am sorry, but the tech won't be coming into your home. Ever."
"He's decided he's on holiday or something"
Once I was locked out of my dwelling I called this business. The agent took my advice and said somebody would be in about 45 minutes. I stopped him short once I heard that the ETA, because I had an solution for becoming my house which I thought could take time. I told the gentleman I'd call him back soon if I still needed his services.
If I could give this establishment ZERO stars, I'd take action. Don't use them, don't call themdon't even think about them. This place is really a scam.
"Great," I answered.
That's a peculiar thing to say, '' I believed. My curiosity piqued, I asked,"Why isn't he able to create it?" His response was among the most bizarre things I've ever heard:
There is something about the business--fishy that I actually signed up for Yelp just so I could write this review.
After 30 minutes, my plan had not panned out, so I phoned Best Locksmith again. The telephone was answered by the identical gentleman. So I reminded him of my situation, home address, and specifics about our conversation -- like he did not remember me he looked confused. He did not recall talking to me personally. However, since my bewilderment became heavier, he appeared to suddenly recall. Aha! "So this is a car lockright?" No, regrettably. Whatever the case, I clarified the ETA AGAIN, and gave all my advice AGAIN. He assured me there was a tech on the way.
