Fantastic customer support - they cut keys several times.
What used to be a business that was reliable. I just went there to get duplicate car keys (I had original Honda key blanks) and they refused to do it. The explanation was that they don't do customer provided key blanks since it"messes up their equipment".
I figure when a company expands, client service and support of customers is important.
