I had tried to receive my key copied at Walmart and Lowe's, however they did not have the app. The key wasn't regular, but he figured out a way to create one anyway. He appeared like he wanted to help me and did this. I believed it wasn't just about the sale; he takes pride in figuring out things and helping others. Had a strange experience this morning of being locked IN my condo. Being handy, I tried to fix the problem myself but it was beyond my grasp. Cue Genti (probably misspelling that) He came 30 mins after phoning and not only opened the door for me (freedom!) But excellent dialog and insight that was mechanical as he replaced the door knob. Highly recommend. Favorable locksmiths, telephone services that is timely.

Benny gave me a first quote over the telephone to change 2 locks in our building. The appointment was canceled because of a conflict. My brother ended up installing a few of those two locks. A 2nd appointment was setup for the other lock. During the consultation, Ganti (sp?) Gave a range of unique alternatives for the lock replacement to me and explained everything. We ended up picking the simplest solution. Price was less than the initial quotation. Good communications generally. Strong service. Will use them again. Happy customer.

The guy I spoke to, I think his name was Willy? At Elite was kind and very professional. He did the work right and took his time, and the cost was very fair. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them wherever possible.
I had a lock but wanted it to fit the brass locks. I never returned my call or called a few other areas who were either super rude.

On a very chilly January 2, the secret to my garage door broke within the lock. With no windows or doors I predicted Elite who quickly delivered by the name of Benny. He knew just what to do, and it was like nothing had happened if he was done. If need be reasonable pricing rounds out my excellent experience with this place -- will use them!

Recently got intercom installed, among other things. They were useful and good and the end product works good, is of high quality and looks amazing. Damien took the time and the group worked in spackling and working with the house. They were professional and I can not say anything. Awesome job!

He seemed ok. I really don't know a lot about prices, therefore when I moved to purchase a new lockI found it a bit expensive, so I said" wow, why so expensive?"
He looked at me with a cold face for a few seconds, then he stated," I really don't know what to tell you, however you reside in... (name of condominium ), and you discover this expensive?"

New to North Bergen and we visited Elite Lock Smith to make copies of our keys. The service was quick and Damion was pleasant to work with. They could make copies of each key. Contrary to lowe's who only had one of our keys. So we parked in their parking lot behind the 18, the parking in the area is bad.

These guys are incredible. Service is top-notch, the guy who operate there's very educated and very nice. They supply products and excellent service at a price. I phoned them to change a lock and add an additional lock. They did it the exact same day, quickly and nicely done.
Two thumbs up, highly recommended locksmith. Probably the best at the Hudson County!
