Terrible don't think their advertisement!!!
Do not know if these people are for real (locksmiths) or not, but surely do not waste you time phoning them. You'll regret together, In case the rest of the staff treats you like the secretary.
The secretary is extremely rude Called twice about support on a Sunday since the address is in Des Moines, and she hung up both times! I found that phone was out of Bainbridge Island so I asked her about price and she said we don't have technicians for Des Moines. So I said so your not DesMoines and that your not 24/7 and she hung up. Called the 2nd # for DesMoines locksmith, she inquired what the address was, so I told her and she hung! (Both times sounded like the Exact Same woman )
