Thanks again Charley!
These guys are incredible! Charley is a respectful small business owner, and made that he was so helpful in letting me know it was going to become possible if I called about getting a new key. He said he wouldn't have the ability to make it out until the next day, and that he was so accommodating with working with my neighbor to get the job finished since I was going to be on a plane. There was a miscommunication about cost and after I predicted he wrote me for what I had been over charged, a reimbursement check. Respectful business and I would highly suggest their services.

Called NW lock doctor nowadays, the individual who answered the phone sounded. I asked"is that the lock doctor" she sounded muffled again. So I repeated myself and apologized. She sounded frustrated and impolite and said"yes it is, that's what I said the first time!!" I'm like"sorry! But the phone was cutting out and I couldn't hear you". I told her what I needed and she said they couldn't come out until late afternoon. I asked around what time they'd be, she responded frustrated and barked"I can not tell you a particular time! They usually have an auction on Saturdays and won't work until later" I asked nicely what time is the auction over she said . If they functioned Sunday she said no they do not, I inquired. She told me if I call Monday early they can get out to me. This entire phone experience was customer support. I used the support of Robert about 5 years back and he was an awesome guy. Unfortunately I called another locksmith that had far superior client service and took my business elsewhere.

This was flag four and three.
He asked if I had a secret made, when the rookie tech that was obviously showed up. Ever since I had in the 2 days before the appointment left a voicemail, and text explaining it would have to be rekeyed and I had my own ignition lock cylinder replaced, I wondered why the rookie tech believed I had a secret? This was flag number two.
While packing up his tools he explained that the"boss" would call me and take a look at it in the morning. I asked if he had been going to call me in the morning, and this clown told me that the"boss" will call you right away. That was no text or call and 48 hours ago. . Are we at flag six
WTF???!!!
He explained he"may" be able to finish the job. I asked him if he did not wish to perform it, or if he couldn't do it... He told me he could do it!
2 hours nothing and elapsed. This newcomer rookie couldn't even get rid of the lock cylinder...
I would, if I could provide negative stars!
This was undoubtedly the locksmith experience that was extremely worst I've had in my 49 years on the planet.
I had been told around 9:30 a.m. by the secretary a technician attempted to telephone me. I had been awake since 7 and they open at 8. This was red flag number one.
Run. As possible, do not walk , as far away from the company and employees!
Because this company is not that I implore all and any who are considering using this company to reconsider and find a licensed, bonded, insured accredited locksmith. I won't ever even consider using such a dreadful company who doesn't know the significance of"good company"!

I urge"LockSmith Skagit" in Mont Vernon, the man is pro, flexible hours, can make any key for good price!
Used their solutions 3 times, first key was success next key was created with a wrong chip and after two weeks"unpaired" from a vehicle and the car wouldn't start. Needed to call a key that worked great along with different locksmith. Horrible management, attempted making the lady on the phone and a consultation 3 times never called me . At least she could have called and also told me that they're too busy in stead of leaving me hanging.

It's an inexpensive company, but can be low quality, unorganized, and very ghetto.
The first time everything went well; nonetheless, the key he ceased working after 2 months and built me was not by the code. Following that, it took him to answer my phone calls and if he came he said the key is fine and the problem is with the motor vehicle. I took the key and turned out the problem WAS THE KEY.
Would NOT recommend

He maintained he left the automobile turned on thinking I would use it right away when I got the guy. Really? And made no mention of this? And he is the Toyota hybrid"specialist"? For a hybrid, that's the equivalent of leaving the car running. The 12V AUX battery had to be replaced at over $200 and continued projecting low voltage warning lights and never fully recovered.
Lock Doctor was not replying when I called so I figured out and moved how to bring the vehicle back to life myself. It took a while to get it did wonders and turned away. It is catchy, but you are able to jumpstart a hybrid with another vehicle if you are careful. I am told it is not too great for the batteries to run them flat but it also cleared the custom configurations which were on the pc.
They then stopped reacting and murdered a battery and of the settings on the vehicle.
Lock Doctor has been in helping out with what they did completely non-responsive. They may be good in a couple of things but their customer service was awful and when they fail, they disappear. I invested more money and time chasing their errors than simply going to a dealer in the first place.
I wanted an extra smart key (SKS) for a Toyota along with the dealers want about $280 for a smart key with programming. These men were $225 and portable and assured me they knew precisely what they were doing so that I chose and went for it. The man was in a rush to get to some more significant job on the East-side and when he was done he left the car ignition turned on so it sat that way for a day and a half until we wanted it. So it did not respond well to the battery drain, it is a hybrid.
Lock Doctor stated they don't have the ability to reestablish the custom vehicle settings although I fixed the car and replaced with the 12V battery. In addition they make no mention of the when telling you they know just what they're doing for SKS. The dealer wants $130 to reprogram. Oh yeah, they're so convenient because they're mobile. They provide all this joy right to your door.

Can you leave a company 0 stars? Because I have never encountered one that had a 0 until now. Called her times to give her my information and every time I'd call again, she would behave like she had no recollection of my requirements. When I'd call to confirm both"appointments" (since they won't ever contact you) she would tell me"Well absolutely no we can't do it all today, call me next week". They do seem to want your company! I have never encountered a company and customer service representative that was unprofessional/ineffective. Steer clear of these unless you would like pressure added onto your present lock problem!

I'd called my automobile club, Before contacting him. Their only alternative for me was to tow me to the nearest dealer! This was after which I'd have been required to cover the locksmith part anyway. This is definitely the way to go!!!
Robert arrived and helped me. He is the owner. Couldn't have had a better experience (contemplating losing your vehicle key in a city 500 miles away from home and the spare isn't a good experience to start with). He came promptly, went to work, was able to create a new key for me in a very limited time. He explained how I needed to use the proper key or the automobile wouldn't stay on and, after a couple of times, wouldn't begin for an hour! If I'd wanted, he could have actually made me a key with the push button .

My keys have stolen in the gym and later calling the dealership that lent me for $375 and expected me to tow my car (so probably a total of $500+)I had to think about another way to save my wallet. I moved on yelp and hunted for a locksmith and after a couple of referral calls that they eventually got me. He came a couple hours later and did a fantastic job. He was very focus and knew what he do. It took approximately half an hour and I have 3 keys with a programmable switch for the price which I was quoted by the dumb dealership for. Thank God for Robert.

I had been running errands one day after, all of the sudden, the key refused to go in the ignition (an apparently common problem with some Fords). I called. My husband was able to find the key in and drive the car home, but the key would no more turn. He also went and bought a brand new ignition cylinder ($80) and was likely to replace it but we would need to find the keys engineered ($80-$150). I called Road and Lock locksmith about getting the keys 15, to have a quote and, after describing the situation, he suggested that I call Lock Doctor. They came out over a couple of hours and I called , replaced the ignition and aligned it for $125 with our keys and it was done in under one hour. So we can reunite and they used their part. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you so much for creating a situation manageable and reasonably priced!
