The owner clarified the issue and called me, he said sometimes the only means to open there is a lock by drilling it. He had been kind enough to offer a refund for the inconvenience

My keys do not know where. Now no keys no going into the house. WOW. I yelped and found touchdown locksmith guys; Kevin came to my place and instantly responded. After couple of minutes struggle he not even opened the lock he got me two keys in price. He was communicated all worries really and quite friendly. Within my time these guys helped me instantly. I give them 5 star and recommend them for any type of lock solutions.
