Pop A Lock

I didn't grab the owners name, but I had the luxury of meeting him after I locked myself from my house. I have never done this before, so without even getting screwed, locating the right locksmith has been my goal. I have heard so many horror stories I was nervous. He made me feel at ease and picked my own Schlage lock faster than the trained thief:--RRB- So happy there are trusted and honest people like this franchise owner! I would recommend this owner and this company everyday! Thank you for getting me back!

I called pop a lock after being referred in the fire department for having a program to help in a scenario with your being child locked in the vehicle. When I called I cant remember the mans title I talked with but I asked about this program and when they had anyone available to come out and unlock my vehicle, he was very reluctant when I mentioned it..and said umm ya well we're booked up for today not certain whether it's the weather or what (the weather was chilly and slightly foggy) not from the norm or some other rain, mind you its own 830am how many lockouts are occurring at this moment? I could tell they just didnt want to provide the service assuming it is free or low cost because a child is in the vehicle, but what bothered me was I had a charge card then prepared to cover but wasnt even able to talk that since they were"booked" he said he didnt have anything afterwards In the day. Afterwards In the day? Like I will leave my toddler all day? He wasnt rude had the vibe that he didnt want to deal with it. If you dont want to back it up im sorry dont offer a program. He suggested me calling around to tow businesses. (Which I did) they were prepared and quick to emerge out thank goodness.

I visited from California. I called them because I had locked my keys in my Toyota Prius. I was told 30 minutes and they came within half an hour. The owner unlocked within 1 minute. What service. I WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. The rate was reasonable, service was exceptional, and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
