I had ESI install a safety system for me 3 years ago. The fix lasted, although recently they came to correct a problem. They spent several other excursions to try to fix the problem, but blamed the problem on something out of their hands
Me with a massive invoice but no settlement. Now they've sent my account. Inadequate service with an attitude. Stay away.

We had an issue with a tenant changing a lock on our rental property and used ESI Security to find everything fixed! Aaron was quick to get to the house and assisted us with some other doors in addition to front door lock that the tenant had vindictively locked! It was a joy and we will definitely use ESI Security later on if we ever encounter another issue with our rental property locks.
