Simply used them twice (rekey house lock and make extra key copies) and had great support. Speedy and efficient. Only suggestion is if you plan to go to telephone . They are not always in store and might be attending to an offsite call. Very pleasant.

Don't hesitate to use this company if you've had the misfortune of a lock out! I could not have asked for a better experience. I only have an integral fob, that allegedly will not lock itself inside the car... but now, without having a problem for 2 years, it decided to play games that I guess..."I" locked my keys, wallet and phone in my running car this morning and Diana was here in 40 minutes to the rescue! She was beyond type and fast. For an emergency on Sunday morning, I was shocked at the very low price for her service. If need be I will definitely use this service again.

You'll get excellent service and the rates are low. So I advise you to call before you proceed they aren't sitting around in the office daily. They create house calls & emergency visits. I know because someone arrived at my house. It had been done, and I had an expressive car key exchanged in minutes and in a price. Customer service & accuracy are important. The keys are never cut incorrect. They do the job!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Kept giving me the run around an entire day saying she'd make my key only to continue saying she didn't get to it. She tried to say it is because I gave her information but then said she'd be in the shop between 5-7. I arrived at 6 just for her to tell me she hasn't even begun it was leaving the shop 15 mins & that she will"try" to do it was going from town so wasn't sure & she mentioned honestly making her money on doing distant services instead of in shop so in the event that you need a very simple key made and go to the shop or your occupation is not a few hundred only know you won't BE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER. I moved elsewhere to receive my key made which was lower than her cost anyhow. Really frustrating.
Note to owner: if you don't value business let it be understood upfront rather. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & zero value for her clients or business unless it leaves her sufficient money.

You will need to call since they're in demand, and frequently out on the road doing tasks, because they are just that good. Got motorcycle keys, and they even have the keys that were hard to locate party TRUNK. I have the spare I wanted. Work was done faster than I've ever seen anybody make keys. I needed any work completed, and though busy with tasks, made for me to stop after work.

Diane strikes again!!! I seriously cannot rave enough about this hard working human being. I seriously, if it wasn't creepy, would provide her a hug each time. My door lock changed out into a normal knob. Iwaited last minute to perform last minute alterations and'm moving in a pinch. She came an hour than she quoted and has been completed doing the job at under 10min. I'm so busy, I allowed herself to be led by her around my home to change the locks out. She quoted me but honestly, I wasn't even listening bc I knew she'd give me not only a price but a reduction. And looking at the trade announcement, she did , again. I keep for girls bc it really is comforting to have her take good care of matters saying. When I had been on the telephone with her, I was describing exactly what I wanted and I feel like other ppl would have either not understood or belittled me but Diane essentially told me in a nutshell she will take a look at it and do what she can. She told me choices and what she can do to better it all. She gave me the choice to synchronize all of my keys. I thank you and love you if you read this Diane. Coming from a young adult, adulting myself all in this dog eat dog world; thank you.

I have used this store numerous occasions and they have always been useful, friendly, and quick. Call before you proceed because their hours are off and on, but they do great work and are very wonderful. It's the only locksmith that I'll go into in the DC area.

Very effective and quick couple. I felt embarrassed and locked myself out, but they came to my rescue and we are just personable and took no time at all to open my vehicle. And didn't harm!

I locked myself out of my house in the center of a rain storm, ugh! I phoned Laurel's Lock Shop and talked to Diana. She gave me a ETA time and came promptly within the time period. Fantastic company, I stopped to have. The woman in the store did it in under 10 minutes and billed for only $45.00.

My neighbor recommended Laurel's Lock Shop for repairs. I decided to call another locksmith to come look at my circumstance. After two and a half an hour (and charging me to get those hours) - the locksmith could not resolve the matter and suggested I simply replace the classic with new hardware.
They took the time to explain what I needed to do if the problem comes back and what they did
Overall - highly recommended!!
That night I called Laurel's Lock Shop and they agreed to come take a look at my door when they had a chance (I don't live close)
They made arrangements to meet with me personally and called me the next day. After 30 min, they'd my doorway working. They were educated about the hardware and easy to use.
Should have called these first!

She took her time as I realized it is not easy what she had been doing, but after about 15 minutes she got the work done.
The car I was told by her she can not replicate keys for is a Benz, but aside from that if you have to generate a spare key of your vehicle, bring it here!
This is a fairly risky clinic since you would like the first key if you would like to receive it copied so it's going to be more precise, I hear, but Diana did not fail me.
Her prices Will Certainly beat your dealership or even Home Depot (who will not actually do this right, I have heard horror stories of people wanting to get this done at Home Depot)
She will not let you leave the place unless she understands it's going to work as she moved out to my car in the rain and tested it herself several times to make sure it worked.
Could not recommend this place . . Diana gets the work done for your car keys copied (with sensors). .
Yeah the house smells however, the cat is friendly and will take your mind.
Last thing is that the hours. I would need to leave work early to go to a place such as this, but I'm pretty sure she remains open until 10 pm on week nights, making it convenient for me to come after work.
This was for $50, which believe me is cheap for this type of work.

She fixed the mistake that we were left by another locksmith business with in the matter of 5 minutes and billed us $45 for something they billed us. They'll be my go to for almost any scenario. Highly recommend them!

Do not let appearances fool you, this place is great. The locksmith lady helped us cut and program keys for our car (we purchased blanks from a large online vendor). She had us on our way very quickly and successfully troubleshooted an issue with one of the keys that are . The prices are incredibly fair.

This place is cheap and amazing, easy and fast. I drove with a busted taped key for two weeks simply because I could not bring myself to pay $225 to get a new one to the dealer. So glad I did my research online and found this place. In and out in less than half and hour under $100!

After trashing automobile and my home I start accepting they're gone. I turned my attention to locksmiths, the majority of which were not open for business or refused to deal with motorcycles.
Input Laurel's Lock Shop. Diana took my situation at a time nobody else could and got me riding for Memorial Day Weekend. Her and her husband are well equipped in know-how and gear to solve just about any motorcycle key circumstance. These are the experts for you if that's your situation.
Memorial Day Weekend and what do I do? Lose the keys into my new (to me) motorcycle naturally. Huge bummer to think I can not ride my new bike

Who loses their keys to their storage unit? This locksmith company managed to fit me in within one hour on a SATURDAY, but had no idea that I had such a lock that is challenging. They were awesome and personal professional! Will use !!
