Woke up to discover that my mother left her car keys and the worst part is that she did not have the spare. They charged $75 to receive her keys. They were very quick to get here and quick to receive her keys. The website says they are open 24 hours and it was certainly helpful. They take cards which was also suitable for all of us. Great experience. Very quick and efficient.
Matt took good care of my old lock that's on our 100+ year old house. Care was taken by him if it in a timely and effective way. Cost was great also. Thank you!

As a PS I looked the lock up! Today I truly feel awful. Never again.
Ps after read this review I was contacted by the firm. They said that one charges and I was informed of the service fee. I wasn't.
Was charged retail on the lock (so they made something there) then charged $99 to install it. That was all well and good but they added a service call fee of $60! I see this as duplicative into the instillation charge. Oh they charged me to rekey the lock into our locks.
Then to put after $250 they charged me for 4 keys on it. Essentially I paid $304 for a $99 lock and setup of same (in a location within 1 mile of the store ).
I had a new deadbolt, they purchased it came to install it.
My fault for not asking upfront of charges but I'll look elsewhere next time I want work done.
This was normal pricing, I felt taken advantage of - the work was fine - that I must have asked questions and also they should have been upfront about prices.
Fantastic service. Friendly small family owned company that's been around many years. I phoned in the morning and they came out in about an hour. Needed to have the whole house re-keyed. Can not beat the cost.

I had no access to my own business files I did not know what to do and once I misplaced my key but needed a solution. 1 telephone to a picture that is texted Gene's locksmith and a couple of days arrived in the mail, problem solved!!!

Genes lock service has been used by me in the past several weeks for eliminating a broken key in ignition and also to replace door cores. I had the father do his son and one task did occupation equally turned out amazing. Pricing was fair and service was quick. It's nice to find folks that take primed in their work.
