Certified Lock and Access

Said they showed up to change the locks and nobody was home.
Worst experience. Unprofessional.
Was calling about using a search for a locksmith. Home locks that were Desired transformed in an emergency. The secretary said they couldn't come out for 1 week. I said I needed it ASAP and went to continue calling about. After a search- someone had them changed the day. Approximately 1 month later,
I called the office to get hold. I wanted to know her interpretation of our phone call. Nobody could recall me.
I had never confirmed an appointment.
I called to attempt to rectify situation. Explained my situation and it was a mistake. Owner was cold and uninterested. He explained to cover $60 service call charge or proceed to court.
I called a lawyer and forwarded the bill. Courtroom could cost more than $60, although they stated I owed nothing. They recommended a letter . May 1 it was sent. No response until 7/31. Received last payment statement with sticky note from"Sheila" I called and requested to speak to Sheila. They stated Sheila doesn't work there. Gave my bill number and the girl said, oh yes. You owe $60 equilibrium.

I took off to make a scheduled appointment at. That I called to check in, after I noticed that they were 15 minutes. The girl on the phone reacted that she would check in with her team and get back to me. Cut to one hour and fifteen minutes later and still no call backagain. I got the same answer as the first time around and then called again. Apparently she could not get a grasp of her team.
This was the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. I called the locksmith, after getting my car broken into and house keys. They need to be fired although I don't understand who certified this people.
Never going to use this service.
