ABC Lock & Key

I presumed Key and ABC Lock would cost roughly the same $50 to $60 for my own fix, that Lock and Key repairs quoted me. Since they can do it sooner than many others could get to my house, I went ahead with Key and ABC Lock without even obtaining a quote based on my premise. When the fix was finished by Mr. Collins, he charged me $125!! (Note; this fix has been on a weekday during the day. Also, I since have contacted several others who have stated about $60 for the fix that has been done). After paying, I stated I would check companies pricing, and when I discovered that he gouged me he would regret it since I'd broadcast what his company did to me. He then got really threatening and insulting to the point I was worried for my safety, and I afterwards called the police indicate and to complain I was fearful. Mr. Collins indicated that I not take a step toward him since he would take care of the thing right then and there. He's capable and belligerent of violence, although from my experience this guy is not a cheater. I feel blessed to get him and be secure and not hurt by him. Please do your self a favor and steer clear of this company - dangers and his clinics shouldn't go unnoticed.
