I beg you not to call these people. God forbid you lock yourself out and you have to get into your car in a manner that is timely, or worse, you lock your self out while puppy or your child is currently melting out in Miami's sweltering heat.
I really don't understand how companies like this remain afloat. They get a job, ought to just crawl under a rock and shut their doors permanently. That would mean over the time length they give their clients and they'd need to be on time.
If I could give them a large fat 0, then I most definitely would. This is the most unprofessional organization I've encounter in 2016. They initially told me 15 to 25 minutes, they told me 25 minutes following the original quote, eventually the tech calls me as says he's in casa de pinga which he got the text and that he would be just another 20 minutes. All in all, I've been waiting more than an hour an tech for. Exactly what the fuck!?!?! I can not call anyone because if I do, I run the risk of waiting another hour or so.
