The area has been organized, despite there being lots of stuff and the staff were very attentive.
I had two copies of my home key. It cost $2.50 for every (which isn't bad at all), and the keys were ready in under two minutes.
So neat! Was kind and attentive.

It's very sad to need to finish a connection. I'm done, next!
Wow, feels horrible to write this. I have been doing business for more than ten years. And I have had countless apartment units within their palms, but no further. I informed them it was no hurry and contracted them to put in a gate lock. We agreed the next day, on $150 for setup I receive a message that was rambling in a professional about problems with the setup. York installed the previous lock, how could this be....after multiple messages regarding issues with the setup. I receive a message in the installer about writing a personal check to him or her giving him money $285....he claimed it was overtime. What?

I came by the store, was approached by a tech who after I explained him my dilemma with the secure was very helpful and considerate. At exactly the exact same time, person behind the desk overheard out dialog and goes"oh you are the man in the telephone" and began being impolite and talking something about me to his colleagues and laughing!
I am grateful for another tech who managed to help me nevertheless.
I called in to find out what could be accomplished. The person I spoke to on the telephone was extremely unprofessional and the minute I inquired if it is normal that such an expensive secure breaks after 3 years of use (please mind I open it maybe once a week), the person became extremely arrogant and rude. Pretty much cursed me out and told me to come in when I've an issue.
A protected is owned by me from these guys for about 3 years now. Please mind this was a 1300 + secure. Today I encountered a problem where the safe would not open, I guess the electronics ceased functioning or something.
I am sad to provide this place 1 star, as generally I had a fantastic experience. However it was a whole different story and I need to talk about this, especially trusting someone from the management or the owner will read this (when this was my store I would want to understand ).

It's with sadness that I write this review, because been doing business with these company for more than 10 years, but support has been to the point that they don't return calls, do not follow up on orders. The staff at the shop is fine, however, the technicians simply don't care about the consumers.
The two service calls in the weeks were only ignored at the stage I must call men and women.
Won't be calling this individuals.

The greatest, fastest and cheapest service I have received. There is really nice and respectful of your time. It took less than 1 min to make duplicates of these keys and it costs 6. Very convenient place also and hours. Keep up great work guys!

I went in 5:10 to make two copies of keys had been shut on the webpage stated 24 hours they told me that the shop closed at 5. I asked if they could get the keys and he said yes... he did the copies and did not work any of those two, I believe that the guy was upset I paid twice and that I gave him a hint for gratitude, I think it's impossible none worked, I believe he did it on purpose. He could have told me to return next 18, if he did not wish to do it. .

Do not bother with these losers. Told on the phone that they may cut a vehicle crucial because I had the blank and transponder, get there and they don't have the machine to be able to do the job. Rather than apologizing for the misunderstanding, I get attitude from a sub-par, dispatcher who believes he's a wise ass by giving me a few to somebody who can perform the job and then refusing to give it. Actual professional. Do not waste your time with these losers.

Fantastic service, friendly staff and always true. Difficult to beat. Hours are similar to a ban, though (nothing after 5pm and no weekends).

Only used them now for key copies but also have used them several times over the years for copies or if/when locked out of my place with no quick way to get a spare (happened a few days ). Whenever they've been useful and friendly - . Their copies that are key consistently work and they had been lightening fast.

Extremely team. Purchased a brand new door handle that moment and it was installed right away. Edgar, which is the locksmith who installed it was quite professional and completed the work almost instantly. Thank you York! You guys made it super easy for me. I lost her keys and had stayed at a friend's apartment for the weekend. I didn't need to tell her I lost them I took matters into my own hands and known as York. They sent over a very friendly tech (Alan). I waited less than 30 minutes and the installation was very fast. I was relieved. Losing your keys can be somewhat stressful, particularly if the keys are not yours. I'm happy this procedure was painless.

I had been meeting in South Beach friends for lunch. On my way back to work I realized the terror - my car keys in my car. Yelp to the rescue! (Is not it always? Lol) I called York Lock and Key and within 20 minutes a locksmith was there and asked for the identical amount I had been quoted when I initially predicted. I mention this because there have been instances. (Yes, this isn't my first car lock outside.) Fast, efficient and fair locksmiths are a rarity in York and Miami . Thank you!!!

I got locked out of my house and didn't have keys! I moved on Yelp to look for a locksmith and contacted York. They explained they may be at my place and were quick to answer. They could open the lock and were prompt. The locksmith was helpful and friendly. Fantastic rates!

I was looking for a door lock replacement component. Without a expectation, I went to inquire when they have a component which fits to my present deadbolt kit.
The team (there were plenty of employees, probably 4 or 5 individuals, so I did not need to wait) were quite useful and fast, they analyzed my deadbolt, found one spare component from their stock, trimmed and corrected so that it can fit perfectly. The cost was only $5, and I was happy that I did not need to purchase an entirely new kit.

Fantastic support. Had a tech arrive in 20 minutes of phoning. Felix the tech did a very professional job repairing knob and our door and was very kind.

Been coming here since 2001! These men are very handy and great! They let me park at the trunk when it's a quick job. And the Rates are super cheap:)

York Lock is dependable. I believe that is all I need to say in recommending a locksmith.

The dangling from the summer heat & my landlord was going to charge me $$$ to replace it. I stopped at the York store, along with the locksmith immediately straightened out it, tested it and did not charge me anything. It is working great, and I am quite appreciative! I will take all of my upcoming business to York!

I reside in Boston, and I have set up a sophisticated lock at our Home in Miami Beach. I was quite surprised that the tech had about this lock that is very new. This is only one of the lock that may be accessed and has a keypad. My nephew isn't working, and told me that the keypad has stopped responding while I was in Boston. Another business was called by me first, and they told me that the repair could not be done without altering the entire thing. I ended up paying them a fee only. I give these guys a call, and they weren't only able to fix the keypad, but also registered the friction between the doorway and the deadbolt, so it will not happen again. So it will not happen 12, they replaced the lock chamber. And their support fee was reasonable. I am not at all surprised they have five stars all of the way when I assessed the yelp to provide them a positive review. This is the only place I will call in Miami for all of my lock problems
I used their support yesterday for the first time.I was very impressed with their professionalism, understanding, Willingness to assist, and do anything it takes to find the job done.
