I had a wonderful experience using this company. They came on time as promised and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely use this company again.

Neighborhood family run company in NoBe. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they have inventory of keys, locks, protection systems and more.

Products are faulty. Employed them to replace a gate clicker. The clickers would only stop working. It replaced 5 times. Staff is oblivious. This place will end up costing you money, time, and frustration that is intense.

Neighborhood place, full service. Fairly priced. Cordial owners, nice. Take it from me, a Realtor who will foreclosures. I've got a good deal of locks to alter. Too many unlicensed a-holes seeking to rip you off. Thank you.

The dangerous and most troubling portion of my experience is that after working beneath the hood of my car the locksmith neglected to secure the hood of my car. The locksmith's failure to secure the hood of my car became so apparent to me when I had been driving the Dolphin Expressway with my girlfriend the next weekend along with the hood of my car began flapping up (so I had to immediately pull over on the side of the highway to fasten the hood of my Jeep).
I called Miami Beach Locksmith and inquired why, regardless of the guarantees and residue, I didn't hear from the locksmith the night. The dispatcher told me the locksmith came into my apartment complex, watched the gate on the door, tried calling numerous times (which he didn't - I received 0 missed calls) and because of the gate, could not get in to my flat. I told the dispatcher I had zero missed calls and that had the locksmith typed in my apartment number on the gate, so I'd have been called on my cell phone to let him (which he didn't do). The dispatcher at first questioned whether I had 0 missed calls, and I asked him why I'd lie when I paid a deposit and needed a secret to even use my car). After paying my deposit, the locksmith showed up 18 hrs later to perform a service would begin 45 mins.
The locksmith angrily left me with all the Chrysler (not the Jeep) key. The secret was loose and not securely embedded in the fob and over two weeks, the distant lock/unlock function ceased working altogether. Not only did I never get the services for but now I am left.
Miami Beach Locksmith lacked candor and also the ability to admit they could not deliver, provided me with an incomplete service along with a faulty, wrong item, and almost caused me to crash my car on the Dolphin Expressway after failing to secure the hood of my Jeep.
I decided to utilize Miami Beach Locksmith since they could provide me. This was about 4:45 PM, and I told Miami Beach Locksmith that I needed the key before they closed at 6:00 PM because of several appointments I had. I had been promised that the service would be $250 and the locksmith would be at my flat and car. I paid a $60 deposit and opted to proceed with Miami Beach Locksmith despite being told it would cost $50 to get my sterile key programmed since I needed the remote start and remote locking ability they said they could provide. I waited for many hours my flat before calling Miami Beach Locksmith and, of course nobody has been there to pickup.
I had to sit with him for 90 minutes while he pretended to figure out how to program the remote, After the locksmith showed up. Through this 90 minutes interval, I had been asked what year my car was (I responded"'12," to which the locksmith asked,"are you sure it isn't a'09?") I told the locksmith (along with the dispatcher once I called the number for Miami Beach Locksmith) that the reason I went with this particular, and much more expensive, locksmith, was because of the remote start purpose and I don't know why I had been paying full price to get a partially completed job given that the key didn't function as intended. I was not just told that it was not Miami Beach Locksmith's fault that the locksmith could not get the key to work (and that it must be a problem with my car), but I was also questioned as to"what I'd even use the remote start work for"). I was totally taken aback that I'd even be asked what I'd use that function for when it had been part of the professional services I ordered to begin with, along with the locksmith shook his head when I told him it was because every once in a while, I could leave my dog in the car for a moment or two while I encounter a store and that without this purpose I cannot do so because of the warmth and weather at Miami.
After the dispatcher told me there was an issue with my car (which I have had verified that there is not - it had been the locksmith who didn't know how to program and work with Jeeps) and if I didn't cover the entire price for the services Miami Beach Locksmith didn't provide me, I'd be left having paid the $60 deposit along with the Jeep and Chrysler keys would be removed, I reluctantly paid the full price.

It is deserved by this people today although I don't really like leaving testimonials. I moved to receive 4 copies of my house keys, I had dropped my keys and uttered one. The service was quick and the attention thse people provide to the custumers not just me but everyone who was at the shop is amazing. Support your small buisness and move give these people a visit.

The locksmith arrived within 15 minutes. Before the business was open, he was sent by the dispatcher. The locksmith was, pleasant, and specialist. The support was fairly priced. I would call them any moment.

I had a locksmith for the very first time due to Hurricane Irma damaging the lock on my balcony door. One of my coworkers at work recommended this company and since I trust her, I went with her recommendation. It was the decision! From Rudy and Ray in their workplace to the technician they sent outside, Alberto, it was an adventure that is awesome, hands down! Very courteous and professional and Alberto managed to fix my door in 15 minutes! The price was also reasonable, in my estimation. Finest locksmith at Miami Beach!!!!

It will not happen again. I'd go with them if so.
I had the annoying misfortune of needing to deal with a front door lock on new year. They were and luckily I managed to speak to this company that's a couple blocks from my home and courteous. The price I payed was not low, but not exorbitant considering it was this year's most gruesome day.

The adviser was helpful, when I called to get a lock re-keyed and I managed to generate an appointment the morning. The technician did a fantastic job and showed up on time. When I want help, I will call them.

This really is a family run neighborhood company that's situated in the heart of North Beach's shopping district. It's been there for quite a while. I experienced great customer service on 6/13 and I'll look forward to patronizing this fantastic neighborhood company for almost any lock or other safety needs.
