Windows were installed by 5 points for me personally in three different properties.
Give them a try and I'll use them again without question.
Acceptable prices - polite workers and great installation. A winning mix.

Here's an Upgrade.We received a call at 5 points regarding the shavings being abandoned that I initially submitted from Chris. He wanted to send out someone to fix it and cried. We had a small issue w the doorway being somewhat to tight so the crew was sent by him out and they fixed that and cleaned up the grass so we are very happy because this was managed by them within a few days. Thats divides a true expert company like 5 points and some of these businesses. Thanks again!!!

We are extremely pleased with our experience with 5 points Sash & Doors and Chris overall. We went into the shop to discuss a new entrance door and Chris was kind and so helpful. There prices are excellent and the service was exceptional. We highly recommend Chris and 5 tips for their customer service and look forward to doing company and recommending our family and friends.

Pricing is competitive, however, the customer service is subpar in my experience. As soon as I ordered the doors, I had been advised that the doors will be prepared for pickup in 1 week, which was a major reason. They were called by me 8 days after ordering and the guy on the phone said that no doors are available for pickup after a week, and it would be another 10 days.
After picking up the doors, I understood that I had ordered one at the swing that was wrong. My fault, but I hoped I would be able to swap it. If I had to do it again, I would probably order from Home Depot or Lowe's with the peace of mind knowing that I would be able to swap the door if something is not right.

Regrettably change my score and I have to update this review. Even though the order in the store with Chris was fine, after everything was installed, and the doorways and windows came as scheduled, I discovered that one of the doors for interior garage accessibility was predrilled for a deadbolt, which I didn't ask. Not a big deal but at that time I purchased all, that one and deadbolt for the back door wasn't included in the order, now causing a delay. And all of the entry locks I requested to be keyed alike came all. Consequently, I needed to take two of the locksets back to be rekeyed and order two deadbolts. A week later after picking up rekeyed locks and the deadbolts, the rekeyed locks do not functioned properly causing trip and a second delay back to have it fixed. Doesn't the guy who does your crucial function double-check his job? This should have been a done deal a month ago but here I am waiting to be made.

I purchased 7 windows along with a 45" by 96" Front door out of 5 Points if we did an addition in 2011. I recently purchased a door to get an outside utility cupboard from them. I got exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent.
By obtaining a price from Home Depot with the utility cupboard door, I began. This door is shorter than normal, and Home Depot could not find a seller that would create on the height that I had (72.5 inches). I went to 5 points and they came through. I had the door installed less than a week later.

I guessed the answer was they couldn't do it, although I was taken aback by the answer. I am surprised by the answer, seeing that supplying display doors are part of their enterprise, but I suppose I will have to find the display to be replaced by someone else. Despite the telephone response that is less than courteous, I wouldn't let that dissuade you from doing business with this business. Avi and the remainder of the gang really do a great job... now if they could do just a little phone training with their staff, I'd give them 5 stars!
5 Factors did a great job. Avi was a great salesman and that I appreciated just how honest he was about what I did not require and wanted. The guys who came to perform the setup were great. They did a window in less than one day and were careful. My one issue with them may be their phone customer services. I have this Saturday, a sliding screen door scheduled to be delivered. I called to see whether they could replace the display using a sturdier display, as I have three cats that love to climb the display to catch flies! That's it."

The work on my new sliding door has just been completed and I am thrilled with the results. Aaron helped me throughout the entire process and I can not thank him enough. He advocated a fabulous construction guy and gave me a great price. Luis, my building guy gave me a price and followed through on what he said he was going to do. His team was efficient, polite and did a cleanup that is great. We replaced an present window with a door and I am entirely happy.

I have to say this area has the best customer service. I've been mostly working with Chris in my purchase for doors, windows, locks, etc.. He has gone beyond and above what I excepted for good customer service. He supplied me with options and brands as well as the lowest prices. I got five bids from window suppliers and his costs were the best. Hands down one of the simplest and smoothest trades when building or remodeling a home. Look no further to any door or window supplier, and visit Chris!

We substituted the glass sliding doors soon after we bought our house and have replaced windows and doors. Most recentlyly we substituted older french doors and a garden window. They're professional and provide as promised.
Our next job is a brand new front door and I will be calling Avi in 5 Points - AGAIN! A+

Hello, I am more than happy composing this review for 5 Points Sash &Doors. I have dad the experience with brand new owner Chris Eastburn of just one! I have been on the lookout for a door handle for my vinyl sliding so to if they might carry this specific handle I stopped only to enquire. Well they looked in a few catalogs and determined that it maybe it would better if I just bring in the complete handle meeting, but Chris took the freedom to present me a handle that they had lying about in their warehouse, and stated to me, take it and see whether it would work for you in case not bring it back and we are going to find the right one for you. That was really amazing!!!!

I really like this company and the owners. I did two huge doors and all windows at my house What a significant difference. I'm glad I picked them and completely happy with the job! Estimates and installation simple. No mess . Now to buy a front door!

I can not say Doors & Point Sash. Avi came out and gave me an estimate. Not only was he great to work with, he made the experience far better than I expected and had recommendations. My doors were early and installed professionally. They look amazing! I'd go back in a heartbeat. I would like to change out my 4 sliding glass doors and without I doubt, they will be bought by me here.

The goods they sell are not the problem. The owner Avi is a very fast talker and is extremely happy to sell you whatever you need... but beware because they're very high priced on everything and the worst part is they subcontract their work for installations so Avi doesn't stand by any setup issues. You have to deal with the installer yourself. I had a simple one door install to the exterior from my garage. It leaks every time it rains and still never fixed it and installer Alex came outside to mend. BEWARE!!

He's very patient and when you make a scheduled appointment, moves over pricing and your options and lays it all out.
I ended up not using 5 Points Sash & Doors... YET! (I have not chosen anyone for that matter) However, when I am all set to do a renovation with window changes, I will be sure to call up AARON and 5 Points Sash & Doors to see whether the pricing has shifted along with reconsider doing the work.
From a Client Service standpoint, AARON follow through with no high-pressure sales tactics and has exceptional communication.
There's none of this"if you order today, I will give you X% away but if you don't make a decision today, the price moves up with X$" strategies (which I did encounter from Renew By Anderson's sales team which was a bit off-setting in a secondhand car salesman heavy handed high pressure style/approach). AARON provides you a cost and he'll honor it so long as his overhead doesn't alter (obviously you can't hold a quote too long at which wages to his workers goes up as possibly cost of materials also ). He lets you consider and think his services with no pressure to make a determination. He's a really polite and nice professional individual.
I have strange sized windows of different shapes (circles and arches ) and he describes all the options such as what/where are compulsory uses"tempered glass" for safety reasons that stick to building codes.
As an FYI - Aaron and 5 Points Sash & Doors had nothing to do with my decision to never go through with the work, it was a personal and fiscal decision I chose to put off it, and I am giving them * * * * * FIVE STARS based upon my own experiences for your at home inspection for an estimate and AARON's professionalism and communication throughout the process and follow-up/through too.

We've recently done some remodeling we asked Avi about an EMTEK front door handle/deadbolt system, and while we bought a exterior doorway out of 5 POINTS SASH AND DOORS. It was arranged by him for us and we are happy with their services and it. We had the doorway painted on Monday and I predicted 5 Points if they could install the lock collection, to see. I spoke to Chris and explained my situation and he was really nice. When I asked him if they could put in the handle and then that he was fair to say"I'd love to ship one of our guys out for the house, however, we're booked-up during Christmas." I asked if they could point me in the direction of somebody, or, if they could recommend somebody. Without hesitation Chris told me to call"Leo" in FRANK'S LOCK AND KEY. I phoned Leo on Tuesday and explained exactly what I needed and that I had been given his number by Chris in 5 POINTS. As Chris had stated Leo came out and did a great job. My wife and I want to say THANK YOU to Chris and Avi in 5 DOORS AND POINTS SASH for taking the time to help us out and giving a good fair recommendation for Leo to us.

This corporation would be highly recommended by me. Their staff was professional, efficient, and took care of everything. Avi worked within our time schedule and our budget. Aaron took the opportunity to check at of the alternatives and helped us make the best decision concerning style and producer of windows / doors for our residence. We had the best experience with this company. . .Aaron Specifically! They had the lowest prices around and were professional! Aaron's customer support was simply great. . .and their reaction time was incredible. I called one morning to ask a query about hardware for a door we had just bought. One of the girls in the office was very helpful and answered and told me to come in and look at what they had in stock. Even though I had just briefly told the girl my title, within moments Aaron was calling me back telling me exactly what I needed to understand about my hardware! Who does that? I was super impressed. And on top of customer support that is great, our doors are beautiful!!
