The Pacific Locksmith

First off, let me just say there isn't customer service that is much out there such as these guys anymore. After 15 minutes from finishing the phonecall, somebody came to help me get back Keys locked inside and I am new to the area, so I picked these guys based on testimonials and hunted my phone. Every review seemed positive, so I gave them a telephone and went ahead. Right away, after only one ring, with getting the information to assist me, somebody answered and was very polite and efficient. Speedy arrival, service, and departure: I could not ask for more! Though I definitely hope I never have to call them (haha), I think them the most reliable, efficient, and cost effective guys for the job. Wouldn't call anyone but Pacific if I had some sort of issue with keys etc!

Amazing support they promised to be present in 20 minutes that they did it. There was very helpful explain everything and was really kind.
Cost was reasonable.

I had been yelled at and called very bad firm, a lier. They tell you one price and then charge you 6 times the amount.... I can't believe I had been treated so badly. 0/10

Sat for when they gave me a quote, over two hours waiting for the locksmith to come. . I kept calling and they'd say"he's nearly there". . Another 20 minutes goes by. So frustrating. Then when he got here, up he charged me 55 bucks (along with the already expensive rate) when it wasn't even mentioned in our telephone conversation. Totally unprofessional and such a scam! It's like they know in order that they'll only charge you anything they want as soon as they arrive, you are at their mercy. Will never use this support

I had been locked out of my car and wanted a locksmith right away. Called the pacific locksmith following a quick search. They arrived within 20 min to the place I opened my own car and was. Reasonable price and amazing service.

Called the pacific locksmith once I was locked out of my house the woman on the phone was nice and relaxing. The tech told me he must be there at the next 15 min and he is on the way and called me after 5 min and he arrived after 10 min. He was useful and the tech name was Eli and did job! The price was reasonable and I'd use them again! Thank you
