Locked myself outta apartment, and so I called this small business. $45 (to come out) plus $35 (for unlocking). Were not aware of the service charge for coming out so that I was caught a bit off guard but I suppose I should have anticipated that. Mike was here within 15 minutes and he was really professional and friendly. This company will be used by me again.
They're at my workplace today. They quoted service fee plus $30 and is broken and up to fix. Fine. Then we got up to 190something and that I was told it is because the dispatcher didn't inform us about the"emergency" fee. Alright, fine. Now we are at $304. No excuse. Just dishonesty. I won't ever do business with them again.
These are a few of the people I have ever done business with. I have done business with them THREE times. Every time, they estimate a price then change it many times. Initially, I was quoted $6-900 and when I arrived to pay, was billed over $2,500.
