I came to get a lock re-keyed. Fantastic work, took under an hour. Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable.

I fell in hoping Laredo could resolve my issue w/a suspended lock on my bike carrier mounted on exterior spare tire (preventing me from using my spare). The locksmith of laredo was very professional and responsive. He tried solving my problem via lubricant and gentle pursuasion of the key. He cut my suspended lock without hurting 14, when that didn't work. Their support was quick & Laredo's price was fair.

We phoned them to come repair some locks that stuck . We know nothing since all they needed was a few WD-40. Anything for making the trip out would not even charge us and our locks work perfectly. We are so impressed by their customer support they will be.

That wasn't a fantastic start to the weekendlocked out myself. . .contacted Laredo because I could see they had been close and they sent someone over. Nice enough guy and was able to get in.

Saying this location is fast with making keys! I stopped in after work and that I was only there for 5 minutes at most.

Standard keys are $2 per cent. I like that they also sell key rings there and in multiple sizes. They're not cheap rings that are important, but they are necessary.

I did go to the less expensive place and we do thousands of dollars in company. We have over 300 apartments in your neighborhood. Too bad work with people that are grateful for our business and we have to drive into another neighborhood to get a decent deal. By the way your worker called you so you both have bad memories, when I was in the store.

These guys are the best. Polite, responsive and really great at what they're doing. Sergio helped my husband and I out (double ) through a difficult move after I managed to break one of our locks and twist a key. He was fantastic to use and I would highly recommend Laredo should you want a locksmith.

Well constructed high rise downtown components utilize commercial Schlage locks (2 key grooves rather than 1).
SERVICE CALL FEE -- near downtown is less than $100. Cheaper (about $65) outside downtown. I think service charges should be reversed as there are clients downtown.
Service Call Fee + 15 Mins of Labour = $140.
AVAILABILITY -- capable to fall by within 1 hr with standing telephone upgrade.

I hired along with incorporating a peephole to one of my 24, Laredo Lock to replace three knobs and 2 locks on my house. I believed that the price was fair and the overall service was great. Sergio had an exceptional understanding about the domain name of house security and locks. He provided honest and educated opinions on the best products that would suit my budget and for my home. He fixed my door to make certain it latches properly.
The one difficulty I had with the overall experience just nailed down a quotation on the work. I initially attempted calling them on the phone along with the discussions went great, but receiving the written quotation took a while. Granted, I changed the necessities of the job after I obtained my first quote (specifically attempting to get an exact knob design). I ended up having to go in their store to work out the logistics of my undertaking. Once I worked in person with the team at Laredo, everything went smoothly they designs they scheduled the job to be completed afterwards and can acquire from their provider and brought out a massive book of all the locks.
I would hire Laredo again in the future - they provide quality service, are knowledgable about home security, and want to give their customers the best value. If you intend on working with them for a job larger than getting locked out of your house (e.g. replacing a pair of locks with a certain brand or design), I recommend making the trip into their store to plan it out.

Don't go there with your vehicle. I purchased two extra keys online for my ford f 150. I went there to get them programmed. I was asked by them for $ 50 beforehand because he said it's his time and keys purchased online are not good. After 20 minutes he explained that key is bad and it can't be programmed by him. I went to locksmith to look at these keys. It took less than 15 minutes to them. Both keys were good and they were functioning. I lost my time and $50 with those men. They don't understand how to plan the key. I believe it and they don't have enough skills. Another locksmith functions with ignitions and cars. This was piece of cake to get him.

Oscar and Sergio were pleasant and helpful, this is a family owned company and has been for decades. They were eager and honest to go out of the way to assist me. They're simple with what their providers cost and also have rates. As are many locksmiths, they are not out to defraud you, and they know their business incredibly well because they've been around for so long. Straightforward, trustworthy and diligent, I would suggest this place to anyone!

They came in a crisis scenario into my house and were so helpful and calming. I'm thankful that I chose these men to change my locks. I've challenging locks and locks that are regular. And they kept place locks totally straight and all the information involving my locks.

I was assisted by laredo with removing. They arrived to assist and were very receptive. I think they are extremely pricey since I had been billed $110 for less than 10 minutes of work. For contrast, I had a bus stop from our construction to re-key four locks. I should have asked for an specific cost quote prior to allowing the lock touchs.

They were unbelievably speedy that was great since it was beginning to rain and my home guests had a flight to catch (they were trapped on the roof ) - the entire thing was incredibly embarrasing along with the guy who came to let us in was quick and efficient. $95 after, and about 15 minutes we were back inside. He ID'd me and made sure my key did work together with the lock he picked to make sure I was not like spiderman, jumping on the roof and then breaking to the device;)

These guys are real pros. I walked in and out with 5 copies of keys in approximately ten minutes. I strongly recommend them as locksmiths- !

The place was closed during posted business hours. There was a man inside. I called the store, he looked at me and shook his head like,"no I am not going to talk to you."
I am not in a rush to go back, although they never left any keys for me personally, so perhaps that could have been great to be fair.

I can't rave enough about Laredo Lock. My key had broken in the lock onto the door to my apartment late at night. I called another Locksmith who said they'd be"at least 20 minutes" and 30 minutes afterwards kept promising"10 more minutes." They also explained it COULD be as low as $40 $65 + based on the level of difficulty, which did not look too legitimate and then to emerge. They finally revealed they were still working a project 30 minutes off... I immediately called Laredo Lock. They replied immediately, asked me questions to estimate the situation, gave me the exact cost to the place (a reasonable one, too), also said they's be there in 20-30 minutes. He showed up 19 minutes afterwards and swiftly extracted my key. He remained to be sure my keys worked. He was professional and had transparency and remarkably large character. I was cautioned by him to emergency locksmith scams' manners and I'll never go to some one in a pinch .

Keys made here, walk-in. Had effective and quick company, and all 6 keys cut functioned in the locks. To copy 6 keys price about 14 dollars- a small bit more expensive than a larger store like Home Depot but I prefer to have a professional do the job and Laredo definitely fits the bill.

Incredibly responsive and professional. Helped when he locked himself out my husband get straight to our place, once my husband realized he had left the keys in a 35, then came back to change our locks all. Really personable set of pros, I would use them again.
