Seriously company, responded in under half an hour. Could ask for help.
Terrible customer support. They bait and switch. They do state that the price they have given you over the telephone is merely an estimate. And when the tech got to my house he doubled the cost when I asked him why he couldn't explain to me why he couldn't just charge me the base charge when he spent under a second opening my door... a sorry butt experience!
And additionally... after my service I phoned again and acted as a different client and again they didn't mention that the price was just an estimate. She kept saying the cost will be ABOUT. I am still trying to figure out 110 is roughly $50 when it double.
I guess I'm waiting on a replacement. . .as I type. (15min, I had been told by this guy"Do not worry". Since I have not received a courtesy call by today...I will call in my to see what's happening? What is the game plan!? #annoyed
This is not looking great. Because he had to leave, A tech arrived started the occupation, but couldn't finish.
