Aladdin Lock

Been coming here for years! Love this place the service is & the price is affordable They are fairly fast. Hours are fantastic if you want to obtain a spare key 19, and they visit your location. Definitely recommend this place!

Desired a ignition key and they stated they needed to change my whole ignition out. Called another lock and service and it was not vital. They were friendly but I do not believe they keep the clients best interest available. Attempt Nacho's lock
And key service they were much more reasonably priced and had good support.

Called at 330 from a mile on a Saturday away locked out of my home. They shut at 4 and refused to send someone out. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars to them is bc they advocated they and Nachos sent some right away. Call Nachos Locksmith 10/10.

Got 5 quotations all using clicker around precisely the same cost for my key. They where all from250 to 285. Cask talk to some guy he gives different costs that are me3 100 and250 for essential using clicker. . .can't receive the 100 one since I need some type of processor...I say ok to the250 one. . .since I had requested for the clicker I did not ask No further inquiries. . .he said it'll take1hr and a half...I go home come back to just the key I requested about the clicker he says that's not what you signed. 250 to your key using a processor. When a company takes advantage of ppl in need, it's sad. I couldn't afford to lose 250 for someone to make the most of a person like that's worse. Because their words do not count, if you do choose these deceivers be sure you confirm 3 times.

I bought a home with classic yale locks. I was not able to get out of my front safety door, my lock was broken in by one of the keys. Additionally, I wanted to have the locks changed since I bought this home. I had called another business that was locksmith and if they came out they told me they didn't carry the replacement parts. I thought that was odd considering Yale locks are very common on safety gates of homes. I called Aladdin and had all of the parts needed and changed both locks out, they came out quite fast and provide fresh keys to me. They were prompt and professional. I would highly suggest them.

Needed to get at a tenant unit bc they locked us out. Called them and they had been at property in less than 30 mins. Opened 4 locks in less than 15 mins. $95 total. No complaints. Thank You!

Are going to Aladdin for years. Just place I go to make keys. You are aware that the key is going to function the first time not to. The guys who work there are very knowledgeable and courteous and nice. It is a joy to do business together.

The people here are friendly and multilingual, and they know a great deal about locks that are off-brand and old. I maintain an apartment building that is older and have had great service from them.

I have been making copies of all my keys since my mother. They create the keys correctly you don't ever need to worry that they becoming frustrated since they ignore you like in other areas or won't come out. I recommend them greatly always get the job done correctly. Tried another place even Home Depot and it took almost and hour to find someone to help me get copies of keys I needed for work, and to make matters worse they did not do the copies I asked for. That is why I return to Aladdin they get the job done correctly and you don't walk round. Thank you for your service and getting the job done. With service like that it's hard to go some where else rather than having things done correctly. That is why I keep returning . Thank you for your focus on customers and making our keys correctly.
