We're happy with the service Ed and Kardo Locksmith supplied and we'd recommend them to friends and other Yelpers.
Regarding strengthening locks on my windows and doors after I left a voice mail I was called back immediately. The help I received on the phone was friendly and there was a consultation booked.
The next morning, the tech Ed arrived and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his quote and thinking up solutions. The issues were addressed by him immediately and went to working with a few old, warped wooden windows we have but managed to create a system which satisfied reinforcement and the security we were searching for.

Ed came less than a 20 minute wait. When he got here it just took him to receive my bottom lock. Shoutout to him he's the best.

Adam called me moments after to confirm my address and let me know he had been on the road. He was professional making this lock change very easy for me and showed up. I highly recommend this company for any lock Smith wants
I called this afternoon to get my locks changed choosing this location for the verified license. My phone was answered right away and the man on the phone let me know a quote and told me a technician would be calling soon.

The only bathroom was locked by cleaning person by shutting the door behind her and turning the lock. I figured this out while stumbling to bed exhausted. In 10 minutes, they arrived called Kardo and after some quick magic Motti had the door open to the doorknob without any harm. They're hired, cleaning person is fired. (Cost was reasonable also ).

Called today at 12:21pm pst to receive a new Car Key and was told I'd get a call from a"technician/driver." I was asked several questions about what location and my vehicle and I had to block the person from hanging up until I could get a price that was actual. 30 minutes goes by and finally received a phone call from the technician and he explained that he would offer me a call once he finishes his job. It's 2pm and I'm looking for patience but I am parked on a road in Hollywood that's parking that is 1hr . He can't give an accurate or roundabout time they can come out to me, when I called the technician he informs me. I called another company once I took a Uber home to control my cellphone and they had been there by the time I got back it took less than 10 minutes to them. If you are in a rush or emergency, I would not recommend this company.

I locked my garage crucial out of Kardo Locksmith came within 25 min. He got my doorway opened. He was quite professional. I would recommend Kardo Locksmith

Called Kardo of the night in the middle. They were extremely polite and delivered help. Said the locksmith will be here in 30 minutes. The locksmith Nick came within 20 mins and got me a hitch. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

When you spend more than one hundred dollars you expect it to continue. On the help of the specialists at Kardo Locksmith, I bought two storeroom locks in March 2017. I found out that one of the two locks stopped working. I explained the situation and gave Kardo a call. He responded that the warranty was only good for 3 months. 45 billed me to come outside to see the issue. Another 40 to drill the lock that they installed. He also wished to charge another 65 to get a brand new lock and 35 to rekey the lock.
I don't need me to rip off .

I moved Yelp and these guys answered their phone on a Sunday morning after phoning 4 distinct companies.
There's nothing more frustrating than locking yourself.
I took outside my dog for a walk in Hollywood, the moment my door slammed I understood I'm in troubles.
So I can leave at my neighbors for potential incidents, they also made me a new key.
The guy over the phone had been trained with coping with my frustration and I had a tech at my doorstep.
The price was reasonable and they finished the job.

Anyhow, he says that"someone" will be in my location within an hour. I wait another half an hour and I call. It belongs to voicemail.
I called Kardo for assistance and locked my keys in the flat. The man who picked up the phone was rude, unhelpful, and barely grunted replies. I never got a name.
After I explained the circumstance, he asked for my address and hung up before I could ask him to whoever came out to my location. It was embarrassing. I was shocked considering all of the glowing reviews!
No one calls me back to say that they're running or shows up or the support is cancelled. Pretty awful contemplating after I explained I was locked outside without anything (car key, wallet, etc). A waste of time.

Though there was a scheduling problem in their part. They made up for it with their own professionalism, efficiency, friendliness, and pricing. I call them again for future jobs.
I had them change a lock on my flat storage closet door (since I lost the key).

I had predicted in about rekeying some of my locks. One of the dispatchers had to wait for a few rings but greeted me and he assured me that a tech would be with me within in an hour or so. He gave me a quotation on the phone and I got a call from a tech. The tech gave me when he came he even charged me what I was quoted on the phone and was very fast to rekey my locks and an eta. They were very efficient and very professional! I would definitely recommend this service to anybody.

I had a situation in which I wanted a locksmith immediately and Pasha arrived and did a fantastic job bringing me back in my apartment and he was productive and quick. Friendly and professional support!

I was locked out my car I left the keys inside my car, luckily I had my cell phone with me so I have googled a locksmith close by. I no one showed up and called at least two companies.
I've tried my luck and known as Kardo Locksmith, they have gave me an Eta of 15-20 minute, they were Super and arrived after 15 min. The technician was really and polite, really nice professional he charged a reasonable price, and opened the door quickly.

After calling another locksmith that told me all of his on-call people were outside locked from my home, I phoned Kardo. A guy picked up after several rings, I told him my situation and he had someone out over 30 minutes.
