I asked what would they charge to unlock the vehicle because my keys were locked in the vehicle and called this company. The quoted me $19 for the excursion cost and $25 to get in the automobile - $44.00. He started writing the ticket up and asked for my ID when the person came. He said it would be $150.00! I told him what had been negotiated and that he acted like he didn't understand anything. Apparently he is a contractor. He said he would do it. I talked with a customer service representative and advised him I would not pay that and called the number that was original. She stated she'd do it for $79.95 (in her reduction ). There wasn't much else I could doI didn't want to wait another hour and half so I paid him $80.00, $.05 to get a tip I guess. Think about doing business with this company.
