Shady, practices that are unreliable, questionable, unprofessional. I'm giving one star because I post a review and can not give zero. Nevertheless, this provider is awful. I called to get a quote and the dispatcher takes my info, but can not offer a quote. She says I will be called by a tech with a quote. A few minutes later, a technician calls, but can't estimate me says"the firm" provides me a quote and he'll be there in 15 minutes. I reluctantly consent to meet him outside my building when he's close so I can help him locate my truck. Call comes, I step out into the rain. He is at the complicated that is incorrect after I tell the address and name that is complex. We strive again. Call comes, he's at the complex that is incorrect . He says it'll be $150 to open the door of my truck, gets out his tools, and finds the complicated. Their site cares about cheap service and you surprise me with this information you knew? He even explained that this provider never estimates over the phone! I flat refuse. I explain I owe him and he gets angry and tells me I owe him, he must talk to his management.
