I phoned them on a whim hoping that they could me I was locked out my shed so I phoned them. I think I spoke with the proprietor, & he was nice, very professional. He explained that he could have somebody at my home. A few of hours later, ED and I fulfilled. Ed was amazing, helped me with my problem and was out the door within 10 mins. They're amazing, thank you!

West End Safe & Lock Service is a 24 hour locksmith for industrial usage and Home. They're insured and bonded. Their workers well educated and are courteous. They offer lock essential extraction, repair, many and rekeying other business and residential needs.
In the store they have a wonderful range of gun and home safes. They market other merchandise associated with safety and copy keys and locks. Their site has the choice to request a quote or you can call with the information. You will discover them to be client focused and accommodating. They started in 1997 and the creator Bill Boone includes a"can do" attitude making this company a great choice for all of your needs.

These guys are awesome. The owner, bill, is a no BS kind of guy. Up front and honest. I like that. Rick is great guy . They enjoy their work and know what they're doing.
I don't know due to the hope I have for them, and I do not care. That is priceless to me.

I'd an offense committed against me on a Sunday; they answered the phone got me immediately on the program AND Bill admired a warranty that is verbal he left with me! Firms make promises all the time and never deliver, these men do!

Went in for a few color coding great customer service, thingies! Store is clean and tidy.

My tech came out and opened my door. What more could I ask for? Perhaps a lower price. $65 insured the service call and unlocking. Good conversation, because I asked him every question I 18, dude appeared to understand his material.
Will use them again, hopefully for something of my house

Needed a couple of home keys made. They were super quick along with the copies worked great! Many times I have had keys made by the big box stores (rhymes with Chrome Repo and Hoes) and they don't work well, but not here. Fast, quality work! Highly recommend.

We've had twenty five or fifty keys made in Lock Services & West End Save and each one was cut to perfection. That has not always been the case patronizing other cutting institutions in our Winter Garden community. They've over a cutting services. The shop is small but full of a lot of items. I'm glad they've settled in Winter Garden.
