I would not expect this individual to have ANYTHING to do with some of my property. He has obviously a fuse and is INSANE. His mobile phone number is that's how we found this webpage and on his window. Don't recommend!
This individual is a psychopath. We encountered him on the road and I figure we cut him off, not realizing it at all, total accident. Anyhow, he moved CRAZY on the road. Cutting off, slamming on his breaks, swerving back and forth.
