1st Yelp review ever written but Tal's Locksmith was the best!! The lock was broken in my front door and key didn't work. In under 3 minutes (yes I timed him) he had the door open. Made suggestions for an improved system and I'll never get locked out

I was locked out and that I needed to rekey my door. The owner showed up when he said he would, complete the job and did not leave me a surprise invoice.
Once you block out yourself, you expect to pay through the nose, I discovered Tiburon locksmith to be fair, on time, and professional.

I left the secret behind at 9:30 pm and walked from my home. The people in Safeway known as Tal who arrived in 20 minutes; just as promised. He was within the door in seconds. It isn't economical but sleeping on the door mat in the cold would have been disagreeable. He was productive and very pleasant and explained the prices.
I am also grateful to the kind people at Safeway (Camino Alto, Mill Valley) who had their act together, had locksmith telephone numbers and called for me. Community in action.

Very support and customer support was extremely fast. Solutions were called for by me and they drove all the way over but I ended up having to cancel them because my insurance sent somebody over . He was very courteous about the scenario and did not attempt to make me pay of forcing over the fee. Additionally gives prices! Highly recommend.

I phoned for last minute service on a home in Tiburon and Tal was kind and helpful. As was thorough and knowledgeable he showed up on time for our appointment. It was a breezy experience and that I would hire them again. They were inexpensive!

Quick and efficient service. Did an excellent job changing my deadbolt and readjusting the alignment.

A scam! I was overcharged, $440 to replace my deadbolt. Individual didn't arrive at a company vehicle, and payment has been made by means of a cell phone. Seemed friendly enough, but then did some research and calling. First time. Will disputing charges and be reporting to Business Bureau.

Professional, on time, quick, and affordable:-RRB- would urge Tal to anyone in need of emergency lock out.

I gave five stars and said they did a fantastic job, but they didn't place my lockset back into the door correctly, which caused the problem to return later. They told me there was a flaw in the building of the door which made it impossible for the lockset sit within it. I finally convinced the door manufacturer come to my house (9 years after the door was set up ). The manufacturer rep said the locksmith didn't do the work. He repaired in about 15 minutes, and it sits at the door properly.

Update: one week after posting this review the proprietor called and apologized for the answer. He explained the answering service did not correctly convey he was away.
I attempt to use local businesses as far as you can, so I called approximately 1:00 pm Friday to make an appointment for Monday. I was told I would get a call back after leaving all of my information again. At 3:00 pm I sent in a request to get a quotation online just as a straight up. I had not received any reply, so I called. The agent apologized, took my information again....and I never received any follow up.
I will not be calling back, and I wish them well, although both people I spoke with were courteous.
Since I received zero response from an internet quote request and two phone calls they must have plenty of company.

When I was operating in Sausalito I have locked out of my van called Sausalito Locksmith Service they got it opened tal is a pro!! that was reall and showed up 10 minutes

I am so impressed with this service. Staying out in Stinson Beach, I appeared to have lost my car keys. Tearing apart the holiday rental, I couldn't find the secret and presumed that somehow it might have been locked in the car though I feel that's impossible. Anyhow with were comprehending, professional and efficient and we arranged a time to emerge. When I found the secret, I cancelled. I just wish these guys were at the East Bay where I reside!

Quick, friendly and reliable. I called the owner, he and Tal managed to come within 30 minutes to my house. I needed a wise lock installed on one of my doorways and they were not as familiar with this kind of setup, once I called other companies. He remained until everything was functioning properly and knew just what to do was quite efficient. Apparently he does some handyman work. I will use him again for locksmith work along with other jobs and will highly recommend him.

Great service! Tal arrived to my house the same day I called him and replaced my front door lock with a brand new electronic one. Not merely did he replace the lock, but also guided me through setting the new one up. He was quite efficient. I would strongly recommend him.

Fast effective. Had a complex lock repair and called in the daytime finished by the next day. Very satisfied with the service!
