My experience was just as Bill stated it would be. I brought a new lock set to the store to be re-keyed to match the remainder of our locks. He performed the accomplishment and out I went.

Bill is a pro. He is on the task. He was found by me to be dependable and easy to schedule. If you've got a need at the Cave Creek area, he is the guy. No muss, no fuss.

I lost my key to a different shed building we just put up. Bill came right down and responded instantly to an email later, got us in and matched the keys. He changed a sliding glass door lock to coincide with the home key that another locksmith said couldn't be done. Super did a fantastic job and specialist!

3. He has got a lousy attitude

4. He can not read the number in the street corner or the daring 10" X 20" next to our front door.
Bill drove around our house, turned around at the driveway and drove away. He abandoned a curt message that he went home and that he can not make any money driving around.
1. He apparently does not know or utilize GPS
2. He apparently does not know how to read a map to the area he is serving

If zero stars was a potential. My telephone call would not go through for some reason, Bill cussed out me asking when I called just to knock him off and phoned me back. I apologized for blowing up his phone and informed him my telephone has been messing up. I asked if this was the way he spoke to all his customers and he said"Move f*ck yourself b*tch" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CANNOT think that this guy is in business!!!!

I scheduled an appointment three days out. The day of the appointment Bill said he had been driving on a dirt road for miles and couldn't find my house, advised me to find somebody else and hung up on me and called. I called somebody else and took his suggestion. Do not call Bill, I would not urge him.
