Guy showed up directly at 1pm (I was shocked, being used to the cable company stating 1-3 and shows up ). Chris opened the door in five minutes, showed me the way that type of emergency lock works. And spoke about a bunch more security to's for the region.
Called at 1145 AM, said I'm locked out of my garage, and no method in other than a emergency access. And I need someone asap, as today, I need to fly out later. They said OK, we're there from 1-3pm.
Much appreciate the reply that is rapid and competent and it was pricey .
Recommended, no fuss no locksmith. They just get it done and quick.
Been going here for many years, there the Rekeying, key copylock parts and's. Even service calls.
Worthy! So worthy of the review! From the moment I entered until exit knew exactly what needed to be performed in order to professionally and expertly duplicate keys! Worthy of forcing to git'r done !
I've had the pleasure of working with Bill for my keys. Fantastic guy! Very professional!
Very pleasant men and women. I had a customized set of keys for a 65 Lincoln I couldn't find a game for. They were found by me here.
Nice people, nice location, recommended.
Bill the guy was quite agreeable, took an interest in the type of car I worked on. Very polite and also the keys worked the very first time (for a classic car that's incredible).
The guy that runs the front counter is really nice and professional. He is quite knowledgeable and has been able to help me multiple times with a few requests I have had with my enterprise. Fantastic place, fantastic prices, and excellent fast service. Definitely check them out.
I broke my car key and after fishing the key out they advised me to deliver it over and I called these guys.
These guys saved the day AND saved me a ton of $$ money.
After less than 5 minutes that the gentleman working told me to return if there wasn't any issues and managed to make a key. Gave referrals to me to someone if the problem persisted.
After taking the key to my car it functioned flawlessly!!! luckily
5 stars!!! Thanks again
We walked in and I showed the guy at the front desk (I presume he's the proprietor ) the secret and said I would like 2 copies. The key says"do not duplicate" on it, and since Home Depot and Wal Mart didn't even bother to admit thatI figured that this guy would ask what it was for, and after I told him an office doorway, all could be well.
I had to find some keys and Wal-Mart couldn't replicate key's specific shape, and neither could Home Depot, therefore we were recommended by them to this location.
Before I could open my mouth, the man began rudely asking me things like"how do I know you are even authorized to replicate this key? Where you operate, how can I know?
Every time I tried to tell him that I had the company credit card and where I worked he chased me and was grilling me. I showed him the card and all of a sudden he had been nice. Took the secret and replicated it. Once he came back to cash out me he had a change of attitude and was all polite. However, I was thrown off by his interrogation.
I probably wouldn't find myself back for any other reason from the future, but when I need a secret copied that Home Depot or Wal Mart can not do, I'll go somewhere besides this location, even if just to prevent the rude service.
I had my boss' company credit card with me, as some type of proof of where I worked or whatever, and was going to reveal him.
I compensated for the keys that were copied and proceeded on my way. My coworker that has been with the same attitude was noticed by me and we agreed as soon as we left the shop that the man was extremely impolite.
No wonder his testimonials are already poor.
On a Monday afternoon at 1:30 pm-ish I called to get help (based on a neighborhood recommendation) to start my mailbox because I lost the key. This is a five minute job, shirts. Owner informs meafter much hemming and hawing, that he probably can't come out to do the task until Wednesday. I asked him if there wasn't any way to come. He laughed and said"no" point blank. What type of locksmith stays using a two-day time frame in business? And what sort of being entangled at the face of others when they want assistance and are willing to pay for it.
These guys do awesome work. They are very knowlegable and fast. I'm a Fan. :0)
I called Pinnacle, when I wanted a locksmith right away. They arrived the same day and their support was fantastic. They were nice, their work and courteous was quick and excellent quality. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!
Where my wife wanted in our office, the owner Chris and his right hand man Rich moved the safe. Then where my wife wanted it Chris came back outside and moved the safe! Would not allow me to pay him. We had been outside of town and I called running and Pinicle to unlock, they came out quickly and the charge was fair. Service like it, Fantastic home town locksmith used to be. Very Honest
We purchased a protected. Spoke to a guy named Bill. He pointed out things which have to be taken into account when purchasing a safe. We got an superb price and shipping and tie down.
This company is quite professional and helpful in assisting me with choosing a safe to install in my new home. They kept me advised from the mill across the country of the delivery process and were quite careful installing it. I strongly recommend this store for safety hardware!
Are going to Pinnacle Lock & Safe to get a little over a year. They have been pretty good about making keys without much of a wait. Recently stopped in to get a quote setup. The owner stated that his team doesn't like to do these kinds of tasks and that I need to just purchase a new cabinet with a lock. He quoted me an obscene price just to get me to depart. Until that experience I was satisfied with their services. On the other hand, the owner's arrogance was enough for me to try to find a new locksmith. A business owner that is true doesn't let his employees dictate what jobs he needs to accept. If you really don't want to do this kind of job I propose a better client service approach into the situation like a referral to some other corporation. That's how customer loyalty grow, not by insulting them. Found another locksmith who was more than able to return to my office and do the install in person for a rate.
I needed to receive my home re keyed,so I called around to find the best price. When the first locksmith came into my home after he saw the occupation the price almost doubled, I told him he can leave and I would call someone else.... The next company was Pinnacle lock @ safe. They came in the time we agreed upon, did the job in the price I was quoted... The technician was very knowledge in his area and made me feel confident in my choice of locksmith.... Pinnacle would be recommended by me to all that request a locksmith. .
