I lately used Key and Gabriel Lock to rekey 5 locks. He rekeyed arrived promptly and lubricated the locks. He is very considerate and professional. He told me that the guards were very old (I do not wish to substitute the beautiful old brass locks set up by my deceased Dad) that lubrication might not help very much. Those previous locks operate better than ever now! 2 quality keys were provided by him . He rekeyed all the locks to be able to use one key. He inquired if I'd require more keys (additional charge). Not customer friendly. He gave a window that was 10-1 to me along with being a conscious customer I had been. Took ten minutes for 190.00 and that would be more than a thousand an hour. Would not recommend him to anybody.

But that is not all. Throughout the storms, I noticed that among the locks not functioned . I called Gabriel and regardless of being on holiday, he talked me. He put an appointment to come into my house as soon as he 19, when they did not work.

Gabriel is knowledgeable, very responsive and transparent with recommendations and his pricing. I sent pictures to him and he was able make the recommendations. While he charges for coming from the home even to supply estimates (a few others don't charge for the trip, but have higher prices for the exact same hardware and setup ).
