I had been locked out of my workplace. I made a lady and a telephone with a heavy accent replied as if I was phoning her residence. She explained it'd be $10.00 plus labour. I was desperate, although call another location and my gut feeling said to hang up. The gentleman shows up and takes one good look in the lock and said that it would be a flat rate cost of $269.00 + $10.00 since it might take time to get in. WHAT??!! So I said that I would pay him his $10.00 service telephone charge and we'd find someone else. He started saying that nobody would be able to do it more affordable and was upset. I said no, I'll pay you your $10.00 and you can be in your way. He immediately lowered the price to $100.00 + $10.00 charge. My gut feeling dropped , but I had to get into my office, and so I accepted. He had been done in two and a half minutes. He took the money and hurried out. Do not leave anything or a receipt. I called him to ask for a receipt and he has the audacity to say I have the number that he never helped me. As my door was open I truly can not complain about the result. . If you are desperate like I had been... GET A RECEIPT and Pay cash, don't use your card. Honestly... if I can zero stars... I'd... Seriously, go with someone else.
This place doesn't know the meaning of customer services. Rude and unhelpful. I called and the girl could not have been inpolite, and ended up hanging up on me when I just asked if they had been a store where I could find a cut.
