Phil showed up and gave me some excellent advice on the problem with my entrance door lock and even did some fixes and"tightening" free of charge. Phil is a great guy. I am happy to recommend him to family and all of my friends.
When I called Phil's I had been greeted and informed they'd do what they could to make sure I had been taken care of the day. Within minutes they could move my appointment up to a hour!
Just recently bought a home and needed the guards re-keyed. I called 3 other"local" companies all of whom showed little to no interest in my business.
I called about getting the locks in my trailer cut away. I have the title in hand, but had to find a day replacement for my enrollment. The tracking number signaled that it would arrive now around 2 or 3pm. The guy on the other end laughed and told me that there when I phoned this company to provide an update and schedule in the day. I know about following protocol and am a veteran, but this company has horrible customer support and I will never seek them out for any of my requirements.
