Wayne's Locksmith Service

GREAT customer service! Locked a few things in the glove boxlater I"unlocked it" and it would not start! The plastic release had broken. Auto repair, and car dealer stores said they would most likely have to break the latch inside which would most likely be a ruined glove box door to get. Wayne's was recommended to test and Tony managed without even breaking the door to release the latch. He worked for approximately 15 + minutes on it and was patient. Outcome and I could do it locally. Wayne's has given wonderful customer support for different requirements through the years, and costs that were very reasonable. Job well done! Thank you.

I accidentally locked myself this morning, and seeing as it was hours until I could argue I was at lunch I needed help. Todd at Wayne's Locksmith was honest and friendly with me, suggesting he could attempt to get a tech out and offering a referral to a different locksmith in case they might help out. Turns out two hours was my very best choice, and sending proof of my rental agreement (which he admitted receipt within moments ) I took a short jaunt about city to kill time. In me, a tech called me after 10 minutes stating that he was onsite (came directly from his prescheduled job). I ran and met the tech (missed his name, also super friendly) who was waiting patiently to begin. It took him under a minute to receive my doorway started, all said and done I was back on the job with just 30 minutes dropped (I will call it a coffee break).

Needed new locks since the seller was still there beyond the day and just bought a home it closed our agreed time. Called Wayne's Locksmith and they were able to come.
He came on time, made suggestions, used the locks on the entire house plus garage rekeyed them, and the result was fair and reasonable.
I would refer them to anybody.

Fantastic service! Had 3 doors and called them in the morning at 9:30 re-keyed by 3:30pm the exact same day, thanks to these shuffling their program. The technician was personable, arrived promptly and worked quickly. HIGHLY recommended.

Wow, dropped my combination also had a quotation for $200 to reset the combo. Decided to look and discovered Wayne's and that he managed to receive the combo by the firm for $30!!! Saved me $170, if I'd gone this route. Great company of my go to shops. Thanks

They had the hard to find original Baldwin keys I looked for. Not available at Ace, Lowes or Home Depot. Service cost fair and was speedy. Thank you.

Huge shoutout out of Wayne's locksmith to Tony in placerville. I locked my keys in my car at work in Camino, he just so happened to be driving by and saw me out there in the rain using a coat hanger trying to get in, so he swung in and got my own car unlocked in no time! It's good to know there is still people out there who are ready to help out others in need. Thank you Tony!!

Went in and ordered schlage lock. As promised part arrived and they have got in contact to put in within 24 hours. The deal was managed by mitchell and installed itself.
He clean up and took great care. Happy from a local customer!

Really appreciated the support. We needed a lock selected on our trucks bed cover. It was a beating afternoon, along with the lock sticks, therefore it wasn't a simple job. The man known as another guy in to help, no posturing, just admitted it was called for help and new eyes and tough. They worked so very hard and eventually got it opened. Considering how difficult it was to open we expected a hefty bill. Nope! For EVERY lock demand we have they will be used by us. Over and beyond support.

I needed new keys created for a bicycle -- my mechanic. 10 minutes later walking to the store, I made 2 copies that were perfect and walked out with 2 new keys at a very reasonable price -- although my entire year and model bike wasn't in their novels, the team discovered the right sterile. Called to fix a Weiser Door lock that isn't manufactured. I was worried I would need to replace hardware and all of the door locks throughout the house. Wayne's showed up promptly and identified the issue area of this Weiser, found a part in his truck produced from another producer and drilled and cut it to make it work in my Weiser Lock. The door works than when it was new, better. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne's if you want fast, prompt service, reasonable prices.

This business is great! I walked in needing a key for my Toyota cut, and left my ignition functioning just like new and four keys. Everyone in the shop knew what they were doing and was considerate and professional. My price.out that the doorway was quite fair and reasonable. I wouldn't be afraid to come back to get issues solved!

I tried to purchase a protected from tony he said he would call me back on Monday he never phoned me back I phoned him back on wendsday Jeff answered the phone that he told me tony would call me back in 15 minutes he never phoned again I phoned him back right before they shut he said he had been the only one in the shop and did not have time I gave him one more chance I chose the secure I wanted and he gave me a price and he told me he would call me on Thursday with the cost and down payment that he did not call again I phoned him just as they were going to shut and again he said he had been the only one in the shop and did not have time if they don't have time for someone who's going to invest 2,300.00 good luck to anybody else in addition to this tony did not even want to place my secure upstairs because he had been afraid he would damage my staircase that they should not be that good at what they do could you imagine if movers were scared to move furniture up stairs plus they state on there website they delivered free to anywhere in elderado county when I told them where I lived in elderado county they said it would be 150.00 more that's false advertisements any way I found another secure company paid I little more but customer support is excellent and that's what brings people back.

Went out of area and there way. Great support affordable rates and dont BS you forward honest.
