I phoned ALOCKMEDIC LOCKSMITHS to ask about installing a new lock on my patio. I was told by Dorrant which he would get back to me. He came promptly and called within moments. Very courteous, patient and friendly. After studying my existing lockhe showed me how I could use ithe explained, he can save me some cash. More than anything, I was impressed with his honesty, as opposed to trying to talk me into something I did not really need afterall. I will not be afraid to call Dorrant, if I ever need a locksmith in the future again!

We requested Dorrant of Alockmedic to come and solve our problem based on Yelp testimonials and he exceeded our expectations. From our call the night of our problem to arriving punctually first thing the next morning and he did everything right. He offered a couple of alternate solutions up and has been very patient as we made our choice. Dorrant fixed the problem was quite courteous and fairly costly. We would call him again and highly recommend Alockmedic.

Locked myself out of my home, called at 7 AM, he answered the phone . He gave me a 45 minute wait time and collected all of my information quickly. He arrived within 30 minutes. His van is glistening and clean. He had been dressed in a uniform and has been dressed. He had been polite and worked to open the doorway.
I agree with other reviewer's. He is educated, very well organized, personable, educated and reasonable in his cost.
When I do it'll be Alockmedic I hope I never need another locksmith.

I purchased locks at Home Depot and attempted to install new locks myself. . .big mistake. Dorrian came into the rescue. Called me gave quote. Arrived at the time that was scheduled and worked fast. Cleaned up when he managed to make extra keys too and finished. He offered to stay and explain how to plan the touchpad too. He was polite, clean, and effective. Would highly recommend him!

I would strongly suggest Dorrant for almost any locksmith needs. He is a real professional and takes pride. I will use him and you should also.
Quick, painless, and affordable. I contacted Dorrant into two locks and made an appointment. He provided me with a two hour window in and he was very professional about it apologetic, how can we hold it against him, even though he was slightly over? He worked quickly, even while training two employees. He even took the time to show me how to reprogram our garage door remotes for extra safety.

These guys were amazing! Jerry and dorrant came punctually, changed two doorknobs and set up two deadbolt locks. They shifted out each of the keys, rekeyed each of the locks and provided me with 6 collections, saving me a trip to Loews to get keys. They're exceptionally respectful, excellent at what they're doing and professional of my home, cleaning up periodically. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

I hired now that was Dorrant to change 4 locks in my dad's apartment. He has done outstanding work for me. As always, Dorrant is accommodating and very polite on the phone when setting the appointment. He showed up on time and did the job quickly. I recommend this company very highly!! I sent a Yelp msg into the company in the middle of the night, since I was awake, they got back to me personally. The technician called as well as an appointment was set up by us and texted me. He was quick and courteous. The pricing is Dorrant couldn't have been nicer. My parents looked to get an idea about what choices and specific locks price, after a couple of. They have been referred for this corporation. My mom was confused about a couple of things, so I predict them to clarify. He had been defensive and finally said he is being questioned by me and we aren't right for their business. I decided to slow the call down and explain why I had been asking, and get an idea why a particular recommendation was made by them for an 68 bucks and that I wanted to add attributes. . With no acumen to work thru my question anyone in business should make an effort not to push on away earnings, and becomes irritated. He created a negative NON-customer.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AT ALL, AS THEY DON'T NEED BUSINESS APPARENTLY AND SHOULD TAKE SOME CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION COURSES...

Found him on yelp and proceeded with it. The owner is superb. Moved into a new house, everything changed out without needing to purchase new locks the present. Ex-military, no sir, yes sir, accommodating for times. When he said he'd texted when he's on his way and actually arrived. Found an issue after the work was paid for, with a door not latching, without any problem came I called and repaired it. He is a pro, trust me. I would call him every moment!
