I needed to care for household business there to the corporation in PA and am long distance dwelling in Phoenix. With a few open ended questions and not sure where to go with what I needed, they were quite helpful in finding some answers. During our conversation, I learned they do considerably more than I thought of a traditional locksmith. Their technology is topnotch in addition to the professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Reliable, friendly professional and honest in their prices. The customer service is outstanding, although that might not be the very first thing you feel you want from a locksmith - trust me, it stands outside. I've called Brass Lock & Key for tasks that were numerous to large, on behalf of a commercial office building in Philadelphia.

I talked on the phone to Steve and called. He gave me a quick estimate on the phone and answered all of my questions. I wanted to find the doorways re-keyed ASAP and was good with the cost. Steve had Dan come over and it was quick and simple.

If you're needing a good Brass, Lock & Key is it! I've worked with BLK commercially in the past but their solutions were used by me today.

After asking vague questions and awarded responses that were great and calling them on the phone I walked . All of the guys were very professional. They shot my sized/shaped key that was strange and left me the copies I asked. I waited about five minutes at that time I got the resident pooch named Duke who had been friendly. To top off everything they given the keys to me and didn't charge me a penny! I will use them in the near future and recommend them to anybody who desires locksmith services or keys.
