Locksmith's make unlocking look but the team in South Penn are up to date with locks as well as very well trained with older locks. Their support is well worth the price as I'd spent hours trying all sorts of tools to unlock an older piece of furniture lock based on YouTube videos that were not effective. Highly recommended and value their support price!

Woody and his partner locksmith's are professional educated, comprehensive, and above all, highly competent with customer services. I stopped in there now to buy a key. While I was there, I asked Woody for suggestions on several different locks. He had locks that I had never seen before after I'd searched on Amazon. He gave me solutions for the type of lock I had been searching for and they were half the price of the Amazon locks!
I could not have been happier with the service I received. So I only needed to use 1 key the locks for all, I went in to have my locks re-keyed. Did it while I charged me a sensible price for the job and waited.
I returned an hour cause I'd some how managed to jumble the pieces in my 1930s Mortise lock for my front door. Google it, it's your worst nightmare. I don't even know how much time it took for my knight. But bless his heart he did and I was able to reinstall it after I got back home. The cherry on my sundae was telling no charge to me, he appreciated the challenge of figuring out it.

After losing my whole set of keys I needed to create a duplicate of my ignition key. Used a few times to these guys. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The proprietor on the other hand treats clients and is unfriendly. His rates are exceptionally over-priced, although not only a little. Do yourself a favor and I will bet you find it more economical.
Because I wanted to get locks installed I contacted your business. The man who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. He explained me everything , including costs. In a couple of times Mark and Nick arrived at my home (exactly on time) and did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgable and helpful. I would highly recommend your company to all of my buddies!

Locked my keys and called around to a few areas. No one was calling or returning calls. Located South Penn to the Better Business Bureau website and gave them a telephone. A person was at my home in less then a hour and opened the garage. Courteous, professional and fast. . .thank you!
