I realized I wasn't dealing with a locksmith or a professional company.
"Yeah, what can I do for you?" Was the gruff answer I received.
I cannot recommend this guy. He has a short fuse and is not secure. He's a one-man series, which is not necessarily a bad thing in and of itself, but in his own case, it is. He's very unprofessional and I wouldn't trust him with the keys to my house, nor will I call him if I was locked out of home or my vehicle because of his anger issues.
I told him I was looking to change the locks on the outside doors of my house, but now being suspicious of whether a phone and I were talking to an actual company or some guy, I asked him to get his website. I was upfront with him and advised him that before moving I wanted to check out his company.
The Lock Service of AAA Kc is one obnoxious man with a cell phone. I understood what I thought was a company telephone number only to have the call replied with a guy yelling,"HEY, YOU GET IT LATER!" And some different words before I eventually interrupted using a simple,"Hello?"
I want to be aware that if you Google 995 Brumitt Rd you will realize that there is no such address before I get in my expertise. If you look up that speech with the county government they say there isn't any such address. Thus this person has given a fake address.
When he'd give me his website address, so I asked again. Then out of the blue that guy became extremely belligerent and yelled at me"I simply told it to you. I advised you to look in the Yellow Pages. I really don't know the speech"
Please keep this in mindI understand locksmiths don't run elite professional companies but I'm literally giving this guy the secrets to my house, so I need to know who I'm dealing with.

I asked him if he had a web site and he said he did. I asked for the speech and he said,"You can look me up in AAA KC's Lock Service." Then he advised me to look him up at the Yellow Pages, but supplied no website address.
I said,"I'm sorry, I thought you mentioned you have a website." "I really do," he said.
I said,"that I was looking for Kc's Lock Service but I believe I've got the wrong number" "Nah," he said. "That is me. That is Kelly."
