Mike was amazing! We had and a mechanism inside broke and no matter what we did, were not able to get the door to open. Mike came into my house and was able to get the door shut and clarify that the lock was broken. He stated that it would be better to substitute than for him to repair it and was honest.
He had time to put in our front door mortise lock that was sitting in its packaging for 6 months while he had been at my house. Mike was tidy, efficient, and in no time although it was a job that required a few hours! I would recommend ProGlass & Lock to anyone looking for clean, friendly, and very affordable lock and glass needs!

Michael did a excellent job. Responded to my phone this morning, came close to the time he had sworn rather to the house, took out the window , replaced the glass, place it back . Friendly. I know that it's not that often that a window breaks at the house (fingers crossed), but it's really a relief to know that there's somebody so reliable to predict. Thank you for a job well done. I phoned a sidelight that was busted by a terrible shipping support to be fixed by ProGlass. He managed to come over within a few days, and was quick to return with a quote. The price was reasonable, the repair was fast, and the service was great. Like it was not broken, the sidelight looks!

Pro-Glass & Lock is the place to go for brand new door hardware installation, lockouts, keys, and window / door replacement or installation. I wanted my house & business keys altered, broken keys and have locked myself out. They are a phone call away! I wouldn't ever go anywhere else.
