Jim took the opportunity to describe to me precisely what the problem was, advocated an answer (and informed me up front that it would cost an additional $15, but left the choice up to me personally ). I understand the nitty gritty of how my lock functions. And also the lock/service is under warranty for six months.

Quick and Professional. On a Sunday afternoon, I lost my house key of the house 2 weeks earlier we bought. We had not even moved to the house yet. I found Key on Yelp and Linehan Lock & known as. He was professional yet comprehension (we've not gotten any utility bill yet but he accepted that the closing document for the house with my driver's license as the evidence of me owning the home ). He arrived in 10minutes! He told me that he'll be at my house in 10minutes, and he sure was. He made me an excess key, after opening the locks. And his charge was likely 1/4 of a market value for this sort of service. Once I realized that I lost a house key, I was in a state of panic. He exceeded my expectation of a locksmith. Then should phone Linehan Lock and Key if anyone needs a locksmith. You will get over and beyond from this business!!! service
Fast and professional. Simple as that. Reasonable prices. I will call Linehan again. Our lock was acting up and he was able to mend existing lock fast. Got to our home quickly on a Saturday afternoon.
Where does support like this happen in this world? Here I were terrified that because of how late it was, nobody would even answer my telephone.
But Jim is great (and basically a magician since he opened the door in 2 seconds where I had been pitifully weeping trying everything that I could minutes before). He educated, professional, along with my locksmith from now on. You need a locksmith? Look no more!
I lock myself from my home 30 minutes before Jim (the guy with a plan) closes up shop. And it's not only a lock. I can't actually use a key my SLIDING lock shuts behind me.
