I needed to create. After phoning around and receiving contradictory information about what kind of crucial blank I needed, I finally got the right answers (and also the smallest bid of 5) from Ben, the owner. He laid-back was instant and really knew his stuff. He even had to download and translate the mad programming instructions because this was an unusual key, he did cheerfully and without even charging for the time. This was a genuine example of a non-chain, local craftsman and I shall go to him first.

Purchased our house and needed to get locks changed. After calling around to some places we found Archway. Their costs were under others so we made appointment and they got us in over days. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had one door which had previously given us difficulty opening without us even mentioning it, and he fixed that. Last minute we requested what we can do and concerning our gate locks. He cared for those and wasnt bothered by people inquiring. Would recommend to anybody. Very satisfied and would use again in the future. A+++++
